In the first flying drone fight right after seeing Tali for the first time, it locked up on me repeatedly. One of the enemies that died wasn't treated as being dead for the purposes of advancing, but squad memebers would still shoot at it, and Jacob could still use Pull on it. Version 1.01, imported engineer.  Happened repeatedly off the same quick save from right before it, after the drones can be seen flying overhead, so probably a spawning issue. Restarting the level fixed it. Was an Assault Drone, not a Rocket Drone, in case that matters.
