The Garrus thread is in the character forum now? Good to know. (I don't usually leave the thread once I'm here. I just refresh the page every now and then. xD)

I think those microphones are attached to a metal piece underneath the bandages, probably keeping that right mandible connected to his face.

Now that I look at those screenshots more... Is it normal to see Garrus' teeth that much, right where it was pointed out that a piece of his mandible might be missing? I guess I don't notice it as much because I'm used to looking at Saren, and he seems to be missing the part that blocks any of his teeth from view.
