the computers that show Miranda talking only show her from the front, if you go behind nothing is shown

The picture of Kaidan in the presidium, on the desk in the human embassy.
I first noticed that in a game where Kaiden was dead. I assumed it would show the Virmire martyr. But then I went back and checked in a game where Ashley ate the nuke and the picture was still Kaiden. Does Anderson have some sort of Kaiden infatuation?

You can get a geth pulse rifle.
Mining Uranus.
The N7 armor you wear in the beginning of the game (Normandy's death) is a redone and snazzier looking Onyx armor from the game and looks nothing like the one you pick up at Project Lazarus.
Inferno Grenade arcs when you cast it. Which makes me miss an awful lot.
Bataran bartender who poisons you on Omega has a semi-past with Jacob. I assume it's from Mass Effect Galaxies but I've never played the game.

The Elcor-Hamlet ad in Citadel has 4 lines.
The first line is always the same, but if you hear again, the last line is new, that me me laugh a lot btw.

Two year time lapse, and you wore that suit of Onyx XIII on an atmospheric entry. I imagine the Lazarus auto-surgeons had to pretty much scrape it off your corpse before they got to work.Foolsfolly wrote...

I know that makes sense and the new armor is modular...but it was on my second playthrough that I noticed that the armor looked different. I thought it was a great touch to show the passage of time..even if I didn't notice it during my first run.

Just this evening I discovered that there is a little decorative computer terminal next to one of the doors leading up to Okeer's lab upon which you can become permanently stuck, forcing you to reload the entire damn Korlus mission from the start because the autosave position happens to be exactly on that little computer terminal, perfectly levitated.
There is a quicksave... or if you have a 360, a manual save.
...that's what it's there for.
Still. The Gabby&Ken thing...
Illusive Man in the ceiling at the end...
Morinth actually has an interesting character.
If the game is riddled with bugs to the point that quicksaving in every room is necessary that's not a good thing.

Just discovered this playthrough (no.6) that if you persuade the asari woman to accept her Krogan poet boyfriend, they both show up on Tuchanka later on. She's not too impressed by Char's homeworld, either.

Addendum: The showers aboard the SR-2 Normandy were designed by someone who has never heard the words "elbow room" - though at least it [has] showers. And washrooms at all, in fact.
I have this image of Wrex just...piling it up at the back of the lower deck and letting your frequent Mako drops "flush" for him.

The conversation w/ one of the Rachni Queens' agents on Illium. Most of my ME1 playthroughs I killed the Queen.
The fact that if you kill Conrad Verner in ME1, you don't get a discount at the back weapons store in Illium; that Asari merchant won't start a conversation w/ you.
