2nd playthrough: He can walk into places where the water is dripping or the rain is coming in and it falls right through him.
Things you discovered in your second, third , etc playthrough that surprised you

nth playthrough: If you flush the toilet in the Loft too many times too fast, it stops flushing properly.

4th Playthrough: Played Femshep for the first time and was like, damn, this really changes the narrative feel of the story
LOL this is very true.
Also: Having Grunt with you during Garrus' recruit mission. Talk to the Blood Pack leader.

Hearing Tali question Jedore's intelligence (via recruitment hack)
Shooting Grunt after freeing him from the tank.
Following Okeer's advice I've been playing through the game ignoring my greatest enemy. Paragon/Renegade Charm options on the dialogue wheel.
I've missed so much (often better) dialogue, cinematics and outcomes by being a slave to the Renegade/Paragon dialogue options and having to always be a patsy or an **** just to use them.
Its both liberating and rewarding to be free of that.

When talking with the stranded asari on the Citadel, you can say "If you want a problem shot, ask a turian. If you want a problem talked to death, ask an asari. If you want a new problem, ask a salarian. If you want a problem fixed, ask a human."
On the long walk, if you stand directly in front of your biotic specialist, she will pass right through you. If you stand a bit to either side, she will push you along in front of her.
I didn't realize until reading this thread that the asari and krogan that are sometimes on Tuchanka are the same ones standing by Memories of Illium.

Did you see Gardner through the window, drawn into the scene but not animated, arms crossed and staring into the sick bay with cold, dead eyes?Ski Mask Wei wrote...
I just noticed Dr. Chakwas laying on the hospital bed after getting wasted yesterday.
Chilling.

So, then you also know that the dialogue from Han'Gerrel is twice as awesome if you don't yell at Zaal'Korris? Seriously. "Well, good to meet the human who stole the Neema's best crewmember from us"Crunchyinmilk wrote...

It's also possible to get thanked by that kid on Omega (where he mentions how everyone who went after Archangel was massacred) before actually doing the mission...ReggarBlane wrote...
nth playthrough: Lizbeth immediately thanks you (nessage) for doing something on Illium for Zhu's hope once you finish a mission and return to the Normandy from Illium... even if the only place you went was the Eternity bar for Miranda's mission.
Also, not hugging Tali gives you more interesting dialogue, but you feel a little bad.

In the room where Zaeed stays (Starboard Life Support I think) we all know you can check out a number of his possessions (gun, helmet, model ship etc) and use the garbage compactor. What I just discovered is that the monitor labeled Surveillance shows varies views throughout the Normandy. The first playthrough, I clicked on it and didn't really notice anthing happening, so I moved on. I believe there are 11 different views if you keep 'using' the monitor. One is of Miranda taking a shower with Kelly. (OK, not. But we can all wish).
