Hi all, this is my first DA creation. 

I never thought my first fanart would be of Leliana, as I completely overlooked her on my first run ... then my Amell 'discovered' her on my second run and I was blown away at how much I'd missed the first time through.  What struck me was how utterly obsessed Marjolaine was with Leliana, despite having sent her to hell and back.  That was when this image of them having had much happier days in the past started clawing at my mind.

Wanted to practice drawing folds on heavy cloth, but bah, I fail   Always wondered what Leli might look like before she cut her hair, so I took the liberty.

Well, here's an attempt at more texture and shading   Perhaps I'll get time to rework the values I slapped onto my earlier pic.

Caron - Orlesian vanity



This came into mind when I was listening to "I am the one" from the DA soundtrack - the first time I heard it was actually at the end of Awakening.   I could just imagine my vain Orlesian warden posing while humming the tune to herself.
