My first two characters never gelled with Sten. Then I played a noble Dwarf who was practically a carbon copy of Sten (both arrogant, blunt and slightly racist, yet fallen from grace into condemnation) and they got on like a house on fire. I totally see what he's about now.
But yeah, least favourite - the mad hermit in the forest drives me bonkers.

Sten: He's way tooooo tall. I don't dislike him for anything he says or does. I just hate him getting in the way all the time!!!
Zevran: He's alright if I'm not romancing him. I find him rather nauseating then.
Wynne: I absolutely detest her!!!!! She's soooo judgmental and preachy and she gets on my last nerve. If it wasn't for the fact I have the Ser Gilmore mod installed and it ****** him off if you kill her, I'd kill her every time at the Urn of Sacred Ashes just for fun.
And speaking of the Ser Gilmore mod.....
Ser Gilmore: He's alright I reckon (I'm from the south can ya'll tell?)....but I really can't stand it when he tells me my fighting sucks and that I could do with deodorant and shower....I purposely make him one of my weakest players just because he insults my fighting! lolololol
Arl Eamon: I hate the way he takes over and starts calling the shots after I save his butt.
Furgus Cousland: It just ain't right that he disappears for over a year (I assume) and doesn't do anything to help save the world and then he makes off with Highever!!!!! It should be mine, mine, mine!!!!!!!!!
I *used* to hate Leliana only because she kept attacking the same target as I would. Even if I changed targets and let her have the other one! I cussed that poor woman to no end until I figured out how to change it in the tactics thingy.
I like Oghren. He may be a drunk but I love listening to his companion conversations. lol
I like Morrigan....until she sleeps with Alistair (I have to turn off the monitor at that part every time).
And of course, I love my Alistair.

I was royally POed when I couldn't reunite with him at Ostagar, and when I didn't get that, I was TOTALLY expecting him to burst in through the doors during the vote at the last minute and shout "HIGHEVER STANDS WITH THE WARDENS!". But no. He justr comes in endgame "lol I'm not dead! :lol:Soooo....I'm gonna takeover highever now. kthnx."
And that was so me with Leliana there.

I ain't too fond of the Circle mage arguing with Alistair in Ostagar. When he passes, he mumbles, "Get out of my way fool!", and I am not certain he is speaking to Alistair. If that wasn't a cutscene, I would smack him....
Leske had stayed in the dog house since I played my first DC Warden. I still release him from prison, but ignore his little speech while I scoot out of the room muttering stuff about loyalty.
Niall's constant whining from first meeting until farewell makes choosing empathetic dialogue choices rather difficult. Maybe we need to take a trip to Namby-Pambyland to find some self-confidence, you jackwagon!
As far as the most hated villain, that would be Branka. I have redeemed Loghain, Zev, Sten, etc; not once have I chosen her side as I cannot fathom the depth of her depravity. This also helps me understand why Oghren is a drunkard, as not to make me feel too bad for supplying him with more alcohol as gifts.

Wynne. she does wear off her welcome pretty quickly with that preachy voice.
Anora: the voice just overwhelms me. I do not think what she says is particularly bad but
the vo just has sort of middle- aged nagging wife - effect on me : I do not want to listen
any longer what she says because everything is tainted by the tone - I automatically
assume that it is just bitterness talking.
Marjoline, Isolde and Anora's handmaiden : voices are just painful.
