I personally think Tali, more than Shepard, would try and be subtle.  While she wouldn't hide, and woudln't deny it, I highly doubt she would initiate more than the occasional touch in public.  I mean, look at how she acted in the romance scenes.  No innapropriate touching.  Invasion of 'personal bubble', yes.

At least, that's how I see it.

Define innapropriate.

Because I really can't imagine Tali running up and grabbing Shepard's ass.
