I personally think Tali, more than Shepard, would try and be subtle.  While she wouldn't hide, and woudln't deny it, I highly doubt she would initiate more than the occasional touch in public.  I mean, look at how she acted in the romance scenes.  No innapropriate touching.  Invasion of 'personal bubble', yes.

I would definately have to agree with Uhdnrt on this one. Tali definately doesn't want to be all showy about a relationship, or at least she doesn't act like it right now. If anything Shepard would be the one, but even he I have doubt of being one to flaunt a relationship. If they were asked, neither would deny it, but probably make it rather ambiguous, allowing for the mind to wander about how intimate they really are.
