Well, there are no member that can help me with this, that is for sure. This is a problem for a person that helps run the bioware social network. I was able to register my Dragon Age game via EA, but for some reason, this site refuses the code. But because I know that EA was able to take it, it is a site error.
I went to the contact page to try to send an email to Bioware network, but alas, that too is bugged, and there is text in red stating to fill out an aplication that is not there.
So, I am hoping that someone that has the ablity to do something actually sees this, as that I can't contact site runners via direct email.
Need help from a site manager with product registration

I'm having the same issue. Digital deluxe edition of Origins from steam, I copied the key right from them to the clipboard so I know it can't be a typo, but it says it's invalid with or without the dashes.
Kind of frustrating since I can't download the toolset without having the game registered, and that's the main reason I got the PC version when I already had it for a console.

I hate to tell you this...but you're probably going to have to deal with EA. I had a problem where my account was deleted by EA and I couldn't get on the Bioware site at all. It took me almost a week of e-mails and question/answer stuff on their site before I got it resolved. I guess you might be able to work it out with Steam, but you have to be sure you've given the right key code at EA and then Bioware. If they don't match, you won't be able to register.

EA let me register, actually, and the game works fine. The only place I had a problem was adding it to 'my games' on this site, so it seems to be a problem on the Bioware end.

If you go into My Computer, Program Files, DragonAge, and under that find"bin ship". Open that and open the Configuration folder, and you'll see on the left side "game". If you open that it should have your codes for the game. You can see if they're the ones you registered with. If they're not, you could try unregistering and registering again.

The code I have is right, the only place it doesn't work is bioware.com. I've had no problem registering with EA, but I can't add it here to download the tool set, and I can't download the dlc that came with (digital deluxe so I should have gotten Shale and the Warden's Keep).
I've seen a ton of threads for the same issue a few months back, but they all say it was resolved. It does look like someone from Bioware had to fix it manually, though.
