Did anyone actually manage to get all the Unlocks in the updated version?

To earn the Amulet of the War Mage in Dragon Age: Origins,
you must defeat all 4 ogres in Dragon Age Journeys on a single
playthrough. You can unlock the Amulet of the War Mage at any
difficulty level.

Now I've only encountered 3 ogres until the game ends. On a site I was reading that the achievement was changed so that you can only complete it on hard mode, but as you can read above it says that you can unlock it at any difficulty level.

Anyone know what's up with this?

Well I've gotten them all except Helm of the Dead or whatever it's name. There ARE 4 ogres, you just have to find them. Look in the early stages of the game and there are like 2 you can battle.

There is another ogre, but it is standing alone kind of out of the way. I can't explain exactly where to find it, but he is in a narrow path and behind him is a series of items and coins.

As for the difficulty level thing, I would just go with what it says in Dragon Age Journeys. I did it on Medium, so I'm thinking it may not matter which difficulty it is on.

Difficulty doesn't matter; you can get all the unlocks with a single play-through on easy.

The hard-to-find fourth ogre is directly south of where you first encounter Martine, guarding a big pile of loot.

You also don't need to kill all four ogres in a single sitting— just a single play-through (i.e. one character).
