Thanks for the comments guys. Master Bandit, we would love to offer console players prizes as well, but unfortunately those have to go through Microsoft or Sony. We're looking into it for the future, but we don't know when or if it'll happen. We'll keep trying of course.I'll do my best to improve the audio quality as well. Was there a specific section where you noticed the problem? Could you describe the audio issues you noticed so I can better address them in future episodes?
Also, I do recommend the Steam version, but I'm a fan of Steam overall as well.
Yeah, so i heard in a earlier podcast. It would be awesome if that could happen some time in the future.
And about the audio; It's not with your microphone, but with Mike's, but the audio will stop or get lower sometimes. Like:" H-h-ey"... Hard to explain

Sweet show, but maybe to much Testosterone without any girls? 5/5 star show.
Anyways. Nice review on the DLC Mike, but however, with all respect, i have to disagree on some parts. The DLC was not so good balanced for me because i played it on hard and only three parts was qualified as "hard". Pumping it up to nightmare was impossible for me from the start up. I played on the console, with poor control over my party and i played with a warrior. They also recycled two levels, both from Origins and Awakening. Nothing major there, but still, i wanted to see something different. Bugs and glitches prevented me from completing it the couple of times and the last boss is cheap. Not the best DLC... far from it, but it's enjoyable. I really like the awards afterwards tho.
My opinion: 3/5 stars - Good
This is my opinion, so i hope i'll get respect for it.
Oh, and no sound problem this time. Very nice.
And also, can't wait to hear Mike's comment on the witcher. I've played it, i have it, and it's REALLY good, maybe most of it because i only need to focus on one character, and the story is superb.

Master Bandit: ill try and address your comments on the DLC next episode. Its interesting to hear that "hard" simply wasn't hard on consoles and "nightmare" was unplayably difficult. Would you mind telling us which DLCs you preferred?

And i got all of the DLC's, so sure, i can tell you what i prefer. Shale is probably the best since you get a new member. Wardens keep and return to Ostagar is good. Leliana's Song is excellent, especially if you consider it's price point. The golems DLC is good for it's price point too, but not so if i compare it to the others. I would say that the in-game DLC's are the best. Oh, and the least good for me is the darkspawn chronicles. Hack-and-slash combat with text messages from the dragon. Not good i think. If you want a poll:
Both Shale, wardens keep and Leliana's Song - 4/5
Golems of Amgarrak and return to ostagar - 3/5
Darkspawn chronicles - 2/5

I listened to your chat you got there, about DA2 and it made me think about different stuff.
I know this might be just my wicked idea but then when you were talking about Flemeth, one thing occured to me. While Morrigan managed to escape with/without (focues on escape) Wardens kid, I do think Flemeth might want another kid...and who is as awesome as only Warden can be? Aye aye, its Hawke
No, that really would be just wierd if we could have a kid with Flemeth (maybe she will get her new younger self in process...well, thats different story).
Also, speaking of the Witcher, Sapkowski is the best writer, Ive ever had a chance to read

uberdowzen: no i dont remember any problems but i cant remember what difficulty i was playing on. oh well heh.
I did actually launch DA last night after I made that post to make sure that my memory wasn't playing tricks on me. It was more difficult than I remember, but I have played harder. Maybe I had it set to Easy last time...

Of course, life continues to doggedly slap right in our facing with Tara's absence, but lets put it this way, it seems as the price we have to pay for having enjoyed her beautifu voice and personality for so long. Her comeback will be worth the wait.
Regarding the Witcher, and taking advantage of the fact my original suggestion has apparently landed on fertile soil *giggles*, Im gonna "raise the stakes" here, sort of:
I have a couple of extra Witcher games in my possession... How about if I send one copy to Vae and the other to Tara, and giving you enough time to dwell on them -lets say, from now till Christmas?-, could we get an "in-depth comparison " segment of Dragon Age and The Witcher in your show? Well, only thing you gotta do is PM me and send me some legitimate mail address, I'll send them.
