Important Schedule Update

The Dragon Age Podcast will be changing it's release schedule until further notice.  I can't give exact details of the new schedule for now, but I'll be shooting to release every three weeks if possible.  I'm going to be spending as much time out of town as in town, and the only internet access I'll have while away will be via my Kindle.  I leave in the morning and will not be back until October 18, so we won't even be able to record the next episode until after then.  I apologize for the delay, but with the current staff it'll likely be until sometime after the first of the year when we can return to our normal schedule.

As of the time of this writing, you still have just over 23 hours to submit your DLC idea for the Design A DLC contest before it closes.  I will have email access via my Kindle to receive any last minute entries as well as to stay in contact with the rest of the DA Podcast Team.  The current plan is to announce the winners on the next show, but to inform the winners and get them their Witch Hunt code via email once they've been decided.

Ive been working really hard and being very busy this last couple of months, been away from here in general... but great shows. Enjoyed soooo much the one Mike talks about the Witcher, and also Questorian's presence in the last one. :-)

I'm really sad to hear this news. I really like(d) the show and I used to lisen to the podcast during my long bike trips that I have every 2-3 weeks. I really missed the podcast during my 1.5 hours bike trip of today. It makes it feels like a mutch longer trip then I'm used to while lisening to the podcast.

Hope you guy's can find some new/extra crew so that you can get back to the normal schedule. I will miss you guys while your not there.

I just subscribed to the podcast, and am getting caught up. Very entertaining so far (although I've only listened to episodes 2 and 3). One question, though: What happened to episode 1? I subscribed through iTunes, and the feed seems to start at episode 2...

Hi Toa_of_Pi, Matt is the one who set up the feed, so he'll have to be the one to give an official answer, but I suspect that the iTunes feed is set up with a limited number of episodes in order to save bandwidth. But don't worry, we have all our episodes archived at http://dragonagepodcast.com.

I'm still catching up on old episodes (up to #5 now), so I'm not sure if you've done this already, but have you ever considered doing a tip segment(s) about using companions? For example, discussing whether or not Alistair is a better tank than Shale, or if Ogren can be a better 2H warrior than Sten.

I don't know what Rauss is...  Dragon Age II is coming soon.  Dragon Age is not an online game.  Hope that answers your questions, but you'd probably get better luck asking someone who can read German.  Not sure what it has to do with the podcast, but you should head over to http://dragonagepodcast.com to listen.

Thanks for clearing that up Shodushi. I think Dragon Age is available on OnLive, which I suppose some might consider "playing online," but aside from that I think I answered the questions accurately despite the inability of Google to translate as well as an actual person.
