"The "Mako" infantry fighting vehicle was designed for the System Alliance's frigates. Though the interior is cramped, an M35 is small enough to be carried in the cargo bay and easily deployed on virtually any world.
With its turreted mass accelerator and coaxially-mounted machine gun, the Mako can provide a fire team with weapon support as well as mobility. Since Alliance marines may be required to fight on any world, the Mako is environmentally-sealed and equipped with microthrusters for use on low-gravity planetoids.
The Mako is powered by a sealed hydrogen-oxygen fuel cell, and includes a small element zero core. While not large enough to nullify the vehicle's mass, the core can reduce it enough to be safely air-dropped. When used in conjunction with the thrusters, it also allows the Mako to extricate itself from difficult terrain."

Either one works, as long as its not the Featherhead.

And Mr. Cali, you do know that Xbox Live Silver is free right? Unless you just don't have a net connection.

I think that one that crashed in the Citadel is beyond fixing. Better to be replaced by another Mako. Sentimental can get you killed.

I'd much rather have that than the Featherhead, so yeah, I'll reaffirm my opinion.

The character I created for Mass Effect has a Hovercycle so just get Bioware to approve her for ME3
I actually liked both the Mako and Hammerhead. My only complaint about the Mako was that in later missions the Terrain you run into was just to vertical for the Mako to climb over and there were some instance when the Mako would hit a small bump then go flying. As for the Hammerhead I would say that with it's design Bioware could do a lot more with the Terrain to give us more creative paths or even some strategic design to take advantage of it's weaponry and hovering abilities.

fcking loved it, the only people who whine about it are children and fat people who couldnt handle simple controls and rugged terrain

It's not the part where the Mako goes flying that bothers me (it's pretty realistic since Mako's mass was artificually reduced combined with being in low-gravity environments). What bothers me is that WHEN it goes flying, it will do a 180-degree turn in the air and I have to turn it back around. Happens quite often.

Yes, the Mako does a 180 turn most of the time while in the air. It wouldn't be so bad if it's reverse speed was as fast as it's forward speed, and you can drive it efficiently regardless which end was forward.

Hahaha featherhead ,thats funny. But why should we fix the one at the crash site or the one that was lost on the citedel ,I meen the mako is pritty much the HUMVEE of our futer military its probably mass produced why not get a new one
Actually the Mako is more like the Stryker MGS (Moblie Gun System), but fits between CFV and MGS.

What I think the Normandy needs at least one true APC/IFV. Maybe a future version of the M2A3 Bradley or Stryker APC. This way you can bring forward additional personal, been hoping for larger teams, or missions where multiple fire teams work toward the same objective just differnet paths. Kind of like the Sucide mission, its all or nothing. Whats the point of having a full squad of twelve when you only take two on a mission with you?
Bradley

Stryker APC

Would Personally love something that fits around MBT like either the M1a2 Abrams, L2a6 Leopard 2, or the Merkava MK IV.
M1a2 Abram

L2a6 Leopard 2

Merkava MK IV

Was kind of hoping for some ground war in ME2 but didn't happen. So kind of hoping for ME3 to have some ground fighting with armor vehicles. In ME1 with the Mako we saw serveral APCs or light tanks on the ground but never had a tank battle. The only thing that came close was the geth units and well they sucked.
