Hello,

I bought ME2 via Steam. Recently wiped my HD and re-installed everything. Logged into ME2 and connected to the EA account with my email adress and the codes given to me by steam. Cerberus was activated ingame.
Then I logged into social.bioware.com to get my DLCs again, and here the trouble started. On the DLC page, it says I haven't bought any DLCs, and that I didn't activate Cerberus yet. Tried to use my Cerberus code, but it says it's already in use.

When I go to "My Games", it says only Dragon Age is registered with Bioware Social, but when I go to "Register Games", next to ME2 it only says "Click here to remove registration".

So.. is my ME2 like Schroedinger's Cat? Registrated and not registrated at the same time? How Can I get the DLCs I already paid for? Help me please!

If you're sure you used the same account for everything, it sounds like something is screwed up. You'll have to contact EA/Bioware, the fans here won't be able to help you get your permissions straightened out.
