I side against the Quarian faction that want to use what is essentially biological warfare to turn an entire species of sapient creatures into mindless slaves. I do not oppose all Quarians.

If the Geth were actively trying to destroy the Quarians then I would side with the Space Pikeys, however this seems unlikely. If the Quarians attacked the Geth then I would side with the Geth. Even though this would likely mean losing Tali as a LI (Tali being my favourite), although it would make for an interesting moment if she has to choose between Shepard and her people.



I hope it won't come to that though, I would like to have both factions as ready for battle as possible when the Reapers arrive.

quarians are gypsies, and they honestly won't do well in a real war.

an no sh*t they would get their asses kicked. And they deserve it too, attempting a mass genocide of a sapient species. The geth are far more capable to fight a war than the quarians, and they don't bawwww over assumptions or emotions

I think people need to remember that just because two people are of the same race, they dont automatically share the same beliefs.



The question should not be whether you support the Quarians or the Geth, but rather do you support the Quarians seeking peace, or the Quarians seeking to ensalve the Geth.

The whole Quarian vs. Geth thing has always annoyed me ever since I first got on the Forums, I usually try to understand different peoples opinions but I just can't seem to side with the Geth, I mean they're just a bunch of droids, lol i just reminded myself of the Gungans and Droid army fight, probably how it will go down in ME 3 if you side with Quarians

I would not rather see the quarian-geth situation as black and white. But if I had to choose, the geth are far more formidable than the squishy aliens

However I found it odd how in ME1 when Tali tells Shepard the history off the Geth all the answers you have to choose from effectively tell her this. Strange they didn't include a "those robotic bastards" option.

They just wanted to understand, and in response to that, the quarians said, "frell it, you're going down!" I don't know about you, but if I were in the geths' position, I would have done worse than simply safeguarding the quarian homeworld and playing checkers until the Heretics rebelled.

Poor Legion. He has so many issues to deal with in ME3.

The Humans in BSG admit that it was their fault, the quarians are to blind to see it.



If I where the Geth I would nuke the Quarians from orbit, or infilitrate their fleet with Quarian androids and sabotage it.

I would prefer a alliance between them though, the Geth and quarians fighting
against the Heretic forces... oh wait that sounds familiar../../../images/forum/emoticons/tongue.png

Well, yeah, the humans EVENTUALLY admitted it. But not until their cancerous old crone of a leader and Edward James Olmos had gone through the religious motions in looking for Earth, and Starbuck drank and frakked, and Baltar went bonkers, and Dee did whatever Dee does.

But still, it took too long. Cavil eventually had to show them what's what before they sided with their children.

As for the geth/quarians, I'd really like to see them work together, maybe get a joint embassy or destroy the Heretics together once and for all.



And by that, I mean, if they do not play nice I'm taking out my Cain and there will BE. NO. SURVIVORS.

true enough, but it ain't gonna be like, unless the quarians are hiding some superior shielding tech like the gungans, they got no chance in **** of that happening.

probably because you see them only as droids is the reason, if they were another alien race, let's say... just giggles sake, replace geth with turians. You woud side with the turians correct? The geth aren't dumb-*** guard droids gone wacky, they are an sapient spieces just as anyone else. And just like everything else alien, instead of being organic, they just occupy software and machinery. Another analogy would be "Ghost in the shell" of how mokoto can switch between bodies, just that there is an whole race of them.
