   For reasons beyond me I can no longer do the N7 Eclipse Smuggling mission. It reads as available on the galactic map, but the galaxy it's-in reads 100% done. I didn't do the mission and yet the scanner doesn't hone on any signals. Also had same problem in my last playthrough, but it was with the N7: Bloodpack Weapons Mfg Base (although that may be explained due to it being "done" while Geth stormed the Normandy). Anyone experienced this before or have any ideas as to why this is happening.

You'll get the 100% done every time you have visited all planets in that system/cluster, completing/not completing a mission doesn't affect it.



Did you probe the planet, and if you did so, did you launch a probe at the anomaly, enabling you to land at that location?

it wouldn't track the anamoly. No slowly honed-in signal, no flutter of white noise, or anything - just the same if you were mining a planet. It wasn't made possible to pick up any anomoly, and to make sure - I scoured the entire planet with the scanner even dropping probes in random areas after mining it bone dry.
