Uhm it may be a little stupid but I can't manage enchanting. In party camp I talk to Sandal(enchanter dwarf) then select the weapon and the runestone but I don't know how to apply. I've done enchanting before but I don't remember having such problem. Maybe I just examined it but didnt enchant. I dont know.
There's no action for that. I mean there are "square=Inspect, Triangle=remove rune, Cross=select, Circle=back" actions. When I do "select" it opens the runes section but I already chose it.I choose one again by pressing X, "Install Rune" but still there's no button to apply it. Just the four I've mentioned above. And the left stick doesn't work. I mean it doesnt move to select other things. It's stuck on the runestone.
I know I don't speak English very well and you may have not understood my problem so I'm going to explain what I do step by step.
I set up a camp, talk to Sandal, say "I want some enchanting done", in the first section(left side of the screen) I choose the sword I want to enchant. I choose the "Oathkeeper" to be exact. Then it appears on the right side of the screen with an empty slot above. It has one slot for a runestone. The only selectable thing is the empty slot, I select it and in the new menu I choose the runestone I want to use. Now on the right side of the screen there are the Oathkeeper and the runestone and the only actions are the four I've mentioned above. There's no action like "Accept, apply, OK, Enchant, Done".

Once you 'select' the rune it should go on the weapon automatically. Select it, then hit "O" to go back, and it should be on there.

Yes, it goes on the weapon but the cursor is still on the rune slot and doesn't move. When I go back at the point you've mentioned, I just go back to the weapons section to choose weapon. maybe I should take screenshots?
