Hello all, let me go straight to the point. I was playing DA:Origins fine some months ago but I stopped playing. Now I'm back and I even brought the Darkspawn Cronicles but it just won't let me use any of my DLCs, including The Stone Prisoner.
I really don't know what I'm doing wrong, I'm logged in with my email, the account I use for all that stuff. Any help is welcome, please help.

Oh, I posted something similar and it could be more spread than I thought. I got all DLCs since starts and now under my account page, they show of course, but there's no link to DL them again (unlike Darkspawn addon which is rec ent)

I had RTO not showing on the map ingame, so I chose to uninstall and reinstall. Now I'm asked by the game screen, to buy this DLC again, which is about the same problem as you, I can't get my DLC back if I uninstall it or say, reinstall everything for example...bummer :/

PS: did you check under your account page, if you have any dl link there? There's definitely something wrong going on I think...

I do have all the links in my account page, but every DLC I try to use will just be blocked because "I'm unauthorized".

A reply from someone high here would be nice.



I'm now trying http://social.biowar.../58/index/81613 this troubleshooting page, but most of the troubleshooting doesn't work or doesn't coincide. I'm really astonished by what is happening, I could compare it to the Warhammer financial crash in which they charged their clients but that would be exaggerate. You still got my point thought.

i'm having the same damn problem. i bought all my stuff shows up on the website page saying i bought everything and it wont authorize itself. very frustrating, now i don't even want to play the game anymore but i wasted another 60 bucks on the expansion and the DLC i really don't want to quit.

Have you switched x-boxs. Some DLCc only work with the original system and hdd.

This is going even better: after stopping playing and coming back to the game, now I have more DLC not available anymore (darkspawn chronicles) and in other campaigns, awakening is not available now (though registered and all)...going to reinstall the whole crap but they'd better move their bottom up there, this is just not right to s*** people who bought your game and support your work. If reinstall doesn't work, I'll give this game the finger. Bugs are not supposed to be part of the fun :/ And good luck to you TC, I sincerely hope you get it fixed.

You too bud, but it ain't shining at the moment. I really don't know why everything has to be a mess with DA, starting with the toolset, and now with DLCs...

If it can be a (even the smallest) source of hope to you, reinstalling everything, origins, awakening, tales of Orzammar (a standalone adventure, couldn't even play it because of the bugs), DLC and mods (not many but always welcome), the thing is running alright now. I know it's a waste of time, and quite annoying but who knows. Maybe check the other topics, I've seen a few emerging here and there for the same problem (people not accessing DLC).

Still, I have no link to dl my DLC from my account here besides DC (or even some ME2 dlc much much older...go figure). I have to launch the game to do so (there was no problem though doing that).

I didn't see your post precedently, but I reinstalled everything around 1:00 am or something like that. It restricts just to Blightblood and Dragon Armor, but Stone Prisoner and The Darkspawn Chronicles finally work!
