Bol.com has the Stolen Throne copies, as well as any major dutch bookstores.

Amazon.de also has copies of The Calling (EUR 10,89) and The Stolen Throne (EUR 10,69), and for books they have free shipping to Germany (ofcourse), Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the BeNeLux!

I got my The Calling from Amazon UK yesterday (I'm from Finland). Ordered week and a half ago.

I ordered from bookplus.fi (Finland) on the 13th and they send them yesterday, so it should arrive very soon. I ordered both Dragon Age books and both Mass Effect books and now I'm happily broke.
