Here is my issue. When playing mass effect 2 I often run into a problem with my team talking in slow motion. Its like im hearing them talk while im in adreneline rush but it always happens when im not even using that power. Im not sure if its a sound card problem but im pretty sure it has something to do with the game as my computer runs perfectly otherwise. I dont seem to be having any other problems with this game other than the slow motion talking. Is anyone else out there having this issue as well? And would anyone know a fix for this possibly?

Soldiers go into slight slo-mo when they sprint. If you're playing a soldier your explanation lies there.

Same with infiltrator when they zoom in with teh scope on the sniper rifle.

Yes, as Bogsnot1 said, zooming with the sniper rifle makes the team go slow-motion for some seconds. Is it a bug or a deliberate effect? Did BioGame developers intend it as a way to "kill the enemy before he kills you"? But it's annoying: hearing Miranda with a batarian's voice - baaaah.
