Hi guys I'm new hear,

I have a problem in a section profile player in the game, I have Bioware Points 560/1600
This point are precisally for download the guardian fortress with 560!
But in the section download ask me a payment with credit card or sign me 0 points Bioware
why? I have 560 points i don't understand!

help me please

1.  This is a USER forum for GAME problems.  Points are a SITE problem, and there is a forum set up specifically to handlle questions and problems with POINTS, besides just the Web Site Help forum. 

2.  Bioware's official presence here is an infinitessimal one.  It's just other gamers here, really.
