Hello I recently had to format my computer and unfortunatly lost all my history with my Mass Effect 2 and Dragonage which I knew was going to happen. The problem was that when I went to log into my account again it was saying I had not registered anything onto my Bioware account, including my Shale key, dragonage armour in ME2, Zaeed ect can someone at bioware help me figure out what might of happend! My status says that I havent been active since Nov 09 which is not true at all! Please help!

send an email to EA customer support, they should be able to re-activate the DLCs again. As for the local game data: it's all in C:\\Users\\USERNAME\\Documents\\BioWare\\Mass Effect 2 (Win7). Back it up next time ;-)
