Agreed. In ME1, when I didn't know you could not have a romance in a playthrough, people told me to go with Ash because according to them: Liara was an alien with... diseases. I got Liara and I liked her over Ash. Go with what you like.

Err, she's literally risking her own life to be with him, how many of the other LI's do that?
(Jack's romance is pretty great too, though)

Not to mention her dialogue before the actual romance starts, she's the only one who actually says that Shepard should go with whoever he wants and wants him to be happy. (Sure, she does have a "I don't want to share you" moment, but apologizes afterwards and asks him if he's still interested, etc.)

I don't think any of the LIs love Shepard. There hasn't been time for that yet. We leave them at the beginning of the relationship. I could successfully write any of the three relationships as fairly casual. Even Tali's.

Miranda has an inflated ass and jigsawed face + she appeals to 12-year-old boys.

Tali is very interesting. And to "She isn't even human": Screw that! Romancing aliens has been a legacy. Ask James T. Kirk.

Liara...biotic awesomeness, and she's sane unlike Jack. Too Liara is not hidden under a suit, so you know what you're getting. Ash is just kind of bleh, very abrasive personality.



I wouldn't even consider Miranda, she'll probably be off doing the IM.
