Too be honest i'll always go for Miranda simply that she is my favourite out of all the characters from ME1 and ME2 because of her plot and I feel Miranda has the greatest potential for further expansion in ME3 especially that she changes views on how Cerberus get the job done with the human reaper. Miranda is nicer in my opinion than ashley (personality and looks) but I can see why people like Ashley I used to I always picked her in ME1 and I do not get the attraction of Tali, she is nice but the bucket and the daffy duck feet aren't what I call an attractive prospect.

Choose whomever you like the most. If you like all of them, just have 3 separate playthroughs . Another option is to just choose whomever you think fits the Shepard you are playing the most.
