Graphics card Intel GMA integrated graphics processor
There's your problem. Intel doesn't produce graphic cards. You'd need something from ATI or NVIDIA for that, which is a problem if all you've got is a laptop.

So my laptop hasn't got the hardware to run this?
thought it would be able to as it can run Dragon Age very well (love that game!)

I would never compare the crappy performance of any Intel garbage with what a proper vide card can do and call the Intel results anything any better than what the worst 2005 year generation Geforce or Radeon could do. If you think what you saw with such a tinker toy was good, you don't even know what that game looks and plays like yet.

Hi there!
Before giving up, I suggest going here: http://meforums.biow...35791&forum=127
and trying some of the work-arounds.
If you still have no luck, (and assuming you've got the most up-to-date patches), then yeah, it's probably your hardware
Integrated graphics is not a good option if you're trying to play games, they're not designed for it.

There truly is no workaround for integrated graphics. I've read posts from people saying they were able to play Dragon Age with Intel graphics, but even they could not run Mass Effect. (A difference in the engines, I would assume.)

DA is nowhere near as complex graphically as ME. DA doesnt really push the 3d boundries, and can get by on lower end graphics cards. ME needs 3d accelration, which the intel chipset dont have.
