am i doing it wrong or are you actualy charging preorder accounts for the new dlc's i was under the impression that the cerberus network entitled preorder accounts access to all dlc.

Cerberus grants you free access to all Cerberus DLC, but there are still DLCs you have to pay for. If you get a used copy where the Cerberus key has already been used, you need to buy access to Cerberus.

These are the DLCs you have to pay for and Cerberus is already included in every new purchase of Mass Effect 2.
