I tried doing full paragon on Mass Effect 2, but there are these two points in the game where I HAVE to do the Renegade interrupt.

1. During Thane's recruitment mission, I have to Leonidas Kick that one mercenary out the window.

2. Grunt's loyalty mission, I have to headbutt that damn krogan.

I can't...

1. Tell the asari to break up with the krogan.

2. Let the batarian on Mordin's, or the salarian on Thane's recruitment missions die.

3. Give Veetor to Cerberus.

4. Let Cathka live.

5. Not shoot or kick Conrad Verner.

6. Beat up Mouse/Dock Worker (because the 'THERE'S A BOMB!' option is too funny)

7. Let the Council Die

8. Kill all of the colonists on Feros

9. Kill Captain Ventralis

10. Not snipe the mech on Garrus' mission.

I can never purposefully kill Wrex. On my first playthrough I didn't have enough renegade/paragon points to persuade him and then Ashley killed him and I was all "WHAT DID YOU DOOO?!"

I can't help but fight dirty. That involves electrocuting Cathka, shooting that one mech with Garrus' sniper rifle, surprising the mercs during Miranda's loyalty mission and other useful Renegade interrupts.

I also find it difficult to save the refinery workers. Not for roleplaying reasons, but... they have an additional upgrade for your assault rifle! That's gonna be more useful in the long run than just getting the Cain earlier.

I won't ever kill Wrex, kill all the colonists on Feros, or let Sidonis walk. There's probably more but those are the three that I thought of first.

1. Destroy Maelon's genophage research
2. Let the salarian or batarian die during Thane or Mordin's recruitment missions
3. Kill the rachni queen
4. Keep David Archer connected to the VI
5. Kill Wrex
6. Not hug Tali when she finds Rael'Zorah
7. Reveal Rael'Zorah's recording to the Admiralty
8. Give Legion or Veetor to Cerberus

I'd never ever choose Morinth over Samara.

I'm not a murderer. Even when I'm playing renegade so I don't shoot people to death if I feel like it. Like Rana Thanaptosis, Shiala, Wrex etc. Many things actually. I still can't resist killing someone like Cathka or punching David Archer or Conrad Verner.

While i have completed 2 renegades just for the import choices, i found it incredible unsatisfying i had to do another paragon game just to wash the evil jerk of Shepard off my hands. Heh!.

Anyway, decision i never made even on my renegade characters
- Tali's trial, the evidence. That bucket head really got me wrapped around her fingers on that part. Just cant do it. =/
- Veetor to Cerberus, never!.
- Miranda speaking to her sister, always.

I think the hardest choice iv had to make is about Kasumi being stuck in a reality world with her dead boyfriend (first character, first encounter), i ofcourse made both choices with various characters so it wont end up on the list. =P

Keeping the collector base or not, well that didnt really do anything to me after i saw it was a giant terminator. It cracked me up and i told myself i just had to see what that would do to ME3. "hoping for a giant illusive man!" ^_^

Most of the other choices in ME2 dosnt really strike me as "evil or chaotic", just Shepard being a jerk. At most, a comedian jerk that can actually be quite funny.

Letting Sidonis live. Seriously, Shepard just broke into a warehouse, slaughtered dozens of mercs, forced information out of Harkin, and then he just let's Sidonis go? That's just stupid paragon, no other word for it.

Ohh...there are so many Renegade moments that I can't do....but, off the top of my head:
  • Kill Samara
  • Headbutt Uvenk
  • Punch Kelham
  • Give the evidance to the Quarrian Admiralty Board
  • Let Garrus shoot Harkin/Sidonis
And, most importantly:
  • Give the Collector Base to TIM

I agree with the OP, I can never kill Shiala. I see no real point in it.

In Overlord I can't leave David with Cerberus.

I always have to headbutt the Krogan in Grunt's loyalty.

I can't:

1. Leave joker in his seat, and just go to the escape pods at the start of ME2(which i would gladly do)

I can't make myself...

-Fail a loyalty mission. Even if I'm roleplaying a stupid Shepard, I can't force myself to do it. Too much work, and such a lousy payoff.

-Let the batarian in Mordin's recruitment mission die. Even as a Renegade I save him to prove humans aren't as bad as he says.

-Let the asari dump Charr. They're meant to be!

-Recruit anyone before saving 'Archangel'. It's made out to seem so urgent, and even though I know he'll still be there when I come back, I have to save him anyway.

-Stop myself from punching Elias Kellam.

-While on the "desolate" Collector Base, inform my team that TIM must have a very logical explanation for lying to us. I call him out on it every single time.

The only thing I have never done is kill Wrex.

Just the whole scene is bad.

I'm never able to not recruit Garrus or Wrex.

They're just too persuasive and cool characters.

I can't send away Conrad Verner the first two times. It's more fun to pull a gun on him.

I think you mean Gavin Archer; David Archer was the one strapped into the machine.

I also cannot let Kaidan die. Ever. Even when I wanted to get an Ashley playthrough into ME2, I had to download a save game to do it and avoided doing the Return to the Normandy mission. I just cannot kill Kaidan under any circumstances.

Let the Rachni queen live

Make Udina a Councilor

Kill Talitha

Not punch Kolyat

Not punch the reporter

Not argue with TIM

Kill Rana Thanoptis. I really like her, for some unknown to me reason.

I'm with you on this one.  I don't think anyone deserves to die just for having bad judgment.

The first time you let her go, she was only working with Saren because she didn't know what she was getting into.  The second time she was trying to help the Krogan, and it was once again her employers who were not exactly upstanding.  Not a great excuse, I know, but she is not what you call malicious, and she certainly hasn't done anything worthy of getting her executed.

As far as other things -- I simply can't rat out Tali's dad.  I also can't give the base to TIM.  I will NEVER kill Samara instead of Morinth.  I also will not kill Shiala, or the Rachni Queen, nor could I ever kill Wrex (poor Wrexy :( ... who could DO such a thing!?).  Also.. although it always gives you the option... who in the world would ever turn down a woman who comes up to your cabin??

That's really poor reasoning.  You do something, or you don't, because it is the right thing to do, not because it might turn out to be a waste of effort.  The trouble is that you just don't have all the information to decide what the right thing is until you meet him.

You did all that other stuff because Garrus asked you to help him, because Harkin and the Blue Suns are running a criminal organization, and because Sidonis may well have been a simple greedy bastard who ratted his friends out for money.  But he wasn't a greedy bastard, he was just frightened.  He regretted what he did, and his failing wasn't one of simple morality, but of courage.  For some people this is reason enough to kill him, and that is fine.  But killing someone just because you shot up a warehouse full of mercs to find him is stupid and a-moral at best.
