edit: also, I never killed Shiala... I have a tough time killing the Rachni... and making the Ash/Kaiden decision always sucks.
In ME2, deciding what to do with the heretics is also hard. I rarely rewrite them... I just blast the base. Seems too risky (perhaps I'm making up for letting the Rachni live).

I agree. I sat through it all for the first time recently, on a paragon playthrough, and I couldn't believe how long the interrupt lasted.

I will always choose the Renegade option given the choice is logical. I'll do anything that's necessary and completely ignore morality. But there was one decision I just can't see myself doing, where you choose between Morinth or Samara. It's completely illogical to save Morinth. Samaras a justicar while Morinth is a criminal. I don't need a criminal in my elite squad.
maybe you missed the dossier on the convict? lol

As a renegade, I have no problem letting Samara rot. She threatened to kill me after the mission ... yes, that's exactly what I need after saving humanity from the collectors.
At least she is smart enough to threaten you after you do her dirty work. If I kill her, then I try looking for a reason that pops up before that mission.

I also can't bring myself to do Tali's romance, too corny. Even though I like her as a character.

Letting Charn walk in BDtS. The guy is an unrepentant slaver scum, and thinks he can negotiate his way off the asteroid? He goes down, even in the (very) few cases where my Shep is sappy enough to save Kate and co... There really is no reason to let a murderous slaver POS like Charn live, he's not holding anything over your head unlike Balak (and I kill him too, 90% of the time).

The only interrupt that I always do is the one with the Weyrloc speaker, though I also usually do both of the ones one Garrus' recruitment (Cathka and the mech). They're pretty ignorable other than that unless I'm roleplaying a specific type of Shepard.
Most of the time you get awesome dialogue if you ignore renegade interrupts, like with the guy at the window, or with Uvenk. Sometimes words speak louder than actions.
Hmm. . . something I never do. I never give Legion to Cerberus, and after giving Veetor to them once, I'll never do it again. When you meet up with him again on Tali's loyalty, he's still quite crazy, not getting better if you let him go with Tali.

If you died in the fight, they would reactivate the torches and the colony would be lost. On the other side, most of my Shepards are Colonists, dead parents plus "I remember me", and the guy thought he was doing a slaver ride. No way I hold back.

However, I have no problem choosing Morinth over Samara, even if only a couple of my Shepards have been able to justify it IC.

It's small, but I can never let that kid sign up with the mercs on Omega.
Can't pick any of the options that basically lead to genocide.
And I also have a hard time being outright mean to squadmates. I haven't been able to let any of them die at the end, either, or send the rescued crew back without an escort.

And Timmy....If you condense everything i despise in a man in to a single person, you would get Timmy. He and his group of 'humanity first' dingbats are the last people i would give the base to.

Letting that kid join the mercs on Garrus' recruitment mission. I did once, to see what happened, and it really bugged me, so I never let it happen again.

This question has much to do with roleplaying, yes? Roleplaying a character and then making decisions as that character - or trying to. Sometimes we slip.
I admit I'm not much of a roleplayer. All my characters seem to work from a place of logic.
But, there are several things I just can't do either - I can't defend TIM (I question why it's paragon to do so). I can't not shoot the gas tank to set the krogan on fire. Or are we talking major decisions?
My solution is to not play characters who would do things that I would find morally repugnant.
