I am planning on formatting from Windows XP to Windows 7 soon and switching to a dual boot system; one of each hard drive. I know that I can transfer my saves over... but is there a way to transfer the achievements over so I do not have to replay to get my resources and the like?

Also copy BIOGame\\Profile\\Player1.prf, that file has your achievements.
