Here is the deal.
I bought 2 deluxe preorders, Steam and Russian one (coz steam release sucked balls and was late). I entered all russian codes on social site and it worked fine. I also entered preorder steam key - to get the ring(2 days later). And gave 2 remaining steam codes (game and deluxe ones) to friend. Once he registered them Warden's Keep and Stone Prisoner became unauthorised for me, while i STILL have them in my regiistered game promotions.
I would be grateful if some1 could clarify what do i have to do now?

If I'm reading you correctly, it sounds like it's working as intended. You gave away your keys to someone else that registered them-- they should no longer work for you. What's odd is that they should not have been able to be redeemed twice in the first place though that may be a steam "thing"

Nah, i have had 2 sets of deluxe keys. I registered mine (they cant be registered again, as you know). It was fine. As soon as second set of keys was registered - i LOST my DLC's.

If they still show up on your entitlements page, then you own them.. If they are showing up in-game as unauthorized, then try logging in again, and seeing if they become authorized.

Well actually it became worse. Now i have half of DLC's as unauthorized, tho i still have em in my registered promotions. Collectors edition, Feral Wolf Charm and memory band are broken now.
And worse. I renamed Bioware folder to try to d/l all anew. Now i have NO available DLC's. -.- Frustrating, to say the least.

Yeah I dont know how they programmed the DLC's and tied them with user accounts, but they dont work very well. I have installed the game on my laptop and desktop, but the DLC's recognized are not the same on both. Yes I am logged into the same account I used to redeem my codes. I havent been this frustrated with a game in a long time.

Well problem was solved. It was caused by dvd version i installed prior to Steam version. Which i deleted and THEN bugs started. Reinstalled it (God bless torrents) and it works like a charm. Stone to EA's garden, not Bioware's.

This is caused by the Dragon Age service not running and happens to me ALL the time as the game never launches the service, I always have to start it manually. Horrible DLC implementation, how did this get past QA?
