You Are Allowed a Total of 8-12 NPC's (be Creative and Original, just to see variations)
You can also (if you like) post there special abilities, a little bit of information regarding where they come from, what they do, etc. Add what you like, here's mine which you could use as an example:
Ezekiel Dallows: (Poster boy & Love Interest)
Human Bounty Hunter
21 years old,
Ezekiel originally was part of the Systems Alliance and served at the Skylian Blitz, (if you have Shepard as a War hero, Ezekiel fought under you and you serve as his role model, being younger this will mean that his way of thinking will be influenced by shepard wherther your paragon or renegade, this would also show during his "loyalty" mission.
Despite being a Foot Soldier and Bounty Hunter, Ezekiel is also a Tech Specialist (although not on Tali's Degree or Mordin's Genius)
Nalix Veerz (Love Interest)
Turian L3 Biotic
34 years Old
Nalix was a born biotic, and like all turians assisted in boot camp at age 15 when his biotic abilities began to show, sent to a Cabal unit Nalix went above and beyond his duty as a soldier which after time landed him as personal bodyguard for one of the Primarchs, however Nalix was double crossed by his own men (this is related to his loyalty mission) and exiled from Turian Space, Nalix would find a new Home in the Systems Alliance Training Human Biotics, Although rough and serious, Nalix is social outside of his work and has a positive influence and behaivor among humans.
Denax & Regaz(something new Although I Dont believe we would see it in ME3)
The Twins
20 years old
Denax & Regaz are a rare occurance born from the same egg Denax & Regaz we're deemed an abomination and almost immideatly exiled and sent to Omega, having no mother or father, there imprint of a "mother or father" is one another, thus the twins are extremely loyal to only themselves, kleptomaniacs (an attribute to Kasumi) with a very unstable mentality Denax & Regaz are a deadly and unpredictable duo, they are wanted by both crime syndicates and police forces all over the galaxy, with crimes from vandalisim to piracy to starship jacking to destruction of space-faring installations. They Follow shepard because they viewed him (after there recruitment mission) as a "maternity figure" and address to him as "Father" and on occasions "Mother"
Urdnot Jaylor
The Warrior
Son Of Urdnot Wrex, Jaylor went looking for shepard after his father (if spared during Virmire) told him tales of how the two took down Saren and there adventures (including if you retreived the family armor) or (will go after you and try to kill you but will join you after understanding Shepard is a superior Battlemaster (if you killed Wrex at Virmire) Jaylor is the Backbone of shepards New team against the Reapers and bring in heavy firepower to the team upgrading the Normandy's weaponry (by default) and if you gain his loyalty (during the final stages Jaylor will arm himself with a Special weapon of sorts, which can also be used by shepard)
Rebecca Tennyson (Love Interest)
The Genius
Born on Earth To A Wealthy family Rebecca received some of the BEST education money can buy, in addition because of there family's power she also received a degree in weapons training, considered one of the Most influential minds in Citadel Space, Rebecca was among the chief engineers building the 1st Normandy and Joins shepard out of curiosity and believing the new normandy to be nothing but a cheap imitation of the original, she is also disgusted at the fact that the new one olds an "A.I." Also convinced that the only reason the first one was destroyed was due to her inept pilot. (never the less after doing her loyalty, Rebecca will give a massive update to both EDI and the Ship)
Belek Yodirk
The Pirate
The Batarian known as Belek Also called Deadeye, has a reputation for being the best shooter in the galaxy it is said that once he killed gunship pilot with a pistol...from a mile away (an event which Belek makes no comment about) he also holds one of the galaxy's biggest bounty on his head, Belek is a cold killer- tough as nails. (if he is loyal, during his the final mission he will have to reneact a similar shot if he INDEED is loyal he will be succesful, if he is not loyal he will miss the shot and someone will pay the consequences) either way during the last mission his pirates assist the normandy.
Kyle Snow (Love Interest)
The Spectre
The Second Human Spectre To Be Accepted By The Council, Kyle is a Starting NPC, he will be told by the council that his first mission is to work alongside Shepard and assist him in his mission, after which he will report to the Council if indeed shepard is fit for the role of Spectre or not (due to shepard's constant obsession with the reapers), depending on Shepard's alingment in the previous two games, in ME3 Kyle will be the opposite to Shepard meaning that if you finished ME1 as paragon and rescued the council, he will mock you for being soft on the aliens and that you should have taken the chance to let humans lead the way. (if He is Loyal, Kyle will unlock a new power in his wheel and during the final mission will survive)
"Lynx"
The Hitman
a Turian, who's line of work have forced him to adopt the moniker "Lynx" he is an expert killer and tactician, he prefers to work alone and is able to hold out even against a krogan during close quarters, Lynx is cold and keen even for a Turian, he sees little hope for the galaxy and believes the only way people work is with a gun in there face, Lynx feels most comfortable utilizing a sniper in a dark cold corner of the battlefield, picking off stranglers or blowing his targets face next to there guards, Lynx wears a full combat suit painted black with a small white emblem in his left breast plate, he never lets himself be shown & utilizing a voice-device nobody even knows what his voice really sounds like. (If he is not Loyal during the last mission, he reveals who he is, and sacrifices himself to hold off an attack & dies in the process, if he is loyal he survives his attack, but does not reveal who he is, only to dissapear before shepard can even thank him...
* I Only made thse because im a Legion, Tali and Garrus Fan and I would love to have them back in the squad, Garrus specially sinsce he's my favorite, I would however like Legion's powers to be more powerful, i mean the Hacking ability is nice and the Geth Shielding as well but the Drone seems like he's just a copy to tali, instead why not give him a "augumentation power or something like that"

I'd like to see the characters I know and like somewhat and spend more time getting to like them even more
I don't want characters that I make up because I don't trust my writing/characterization/anything vital to a narrative experience

Honestly, they could do just about anything in that regard for ME3 just so long as the player gets to live at the end. (with paragon or renegade NOT coming into that equation) Because I have not played the past 2 games, only to get killed in ending of Shepard's story. Wow, went from squadmates to ME3 in general...lol...Ok, Im done

You know that despite what everyone wants, that they're going to have to put in at least 10 new squadmates right? Because there are players (like myself) who are doing what I like to call "Bloodbath" runs where we only have the minimal amount of people left alive in order to survive. For me, those runs involve everyone except Kasumi and Zaeed dying

I personally liked the bounty hunter for some reason...My only "however" to all of this is that I hope BioWare doesnt go the route of Loyalty missions etc. and whether or not you have their loyalty increases your chances of surviving at the end again simply because, well, they've already done it. Myself, and at least a few others I think would agree that it's time for something "new" in that regard instead of just regurgitating the same "basics" from ME2. Loyalty missions as a whole, sure, let's go that route again but rather than it influencing whether or not you live at the end of the game (again), instead have it so that at the end (or somewhere it would be the most inconvienient for the player) you may possibly have to end up killing your squad mate(s). Like the whole ordeal on Virmire with Rex only with loyalty being involved. Then again, that would probably take too much to implement so it most likely wont happen.

I know that, thats why I sort of tried to Give them powers or weapons instead of just dying, take for example the last character, if You dont make him loyal he lives, but u never get to know who he is, whereas if you made him loyal, he takes the chance in trusting you with his identidy because he knows he is going to die, so why not just spill out who he really is... My Idea of Loyalty missions would just be to give you an extra advantage in most characters, not just forcing you to make them leave, in my idea they would be given extra weapons, IN SOME cases loyalty would be a factor for them to live or not, for that I was thinking more like the First scenario you get (choosing the right character for the right mission) example puttin the bounty hunter to lead a team would me the team would survive since Ezekiel has already experience leading men, and also has you as a supreme example on how to lead, contrary if you choose "Lynx" who prefers to work alone he might get one or two members of the team killed, or if you choose Jaylor who has no experience leading anyone might get the whole team killed....ouch..

At least 10? With the two who survive ME2, and Liara and the human who survived ME1, you've got 4. If the only allow a small number they'll likely let us recruit several characters we've met already, like Aria.

What if they died in the final mission? I simply don't see Bioware putting in the time to create loyalty missions/dialogue/anything for characters who may have died in ME2. It isn't their way.
It's understandable. Why waste resources making double the amount of characters that any one person is gonna use? NOT cost effective. I honestly think that the most we'll see from the ME2 crowd is a bunch of cameos.
I, unlike some people, don't see this as a bad thing. Alot of people are all like; "Nah, keep the old characters, I just got to know and like them." I, however, trust Bioware to give us new and interesting characters that will be even better than the oldies.

You're right about that. i think they'll simply put a few new characters to recruit, but not as many as in ME2.

Garrus Wrex and Tali must be in my crew. If some choose to kill them or let them die, well too bad for you.
Arc.
class: vanguard.
Female Turian military police.
Same age as Garrus (twenty something).
Arc was sent by the turians to investigate Cerberus actions in the collector conflict. If you destroyed the collector base she will trust you enough to join the squad. "Franly mr/mrs Shepard, Cerberus known actions are not a good reason for a non human to work with them". Otherwise she will continue her investigation alone. She had a brief romance with Garrus during her time in the navy and are a possible romance option for him if Shepard are good enough at playing cupid. She can provide some side missions for turian weapons.
Marvin
Engineer.
Male human merchant.
28
Marvins only loyalty is profit. A not blown up Collector Base is something he would like to profit from. He will not join a "shortsighted idealist" who destroyed it. He is cynical but a gentleman. "No reason to not be nice Shepard. It's good for buisness". He can provide some side missions for cash.

That would be pretty awesome. To have a couple of potential squad members who wouldn't join you based on your karma. Would certainly make replaying the game that much sweeter.
