If there are any new characters, they better be amazing, included for a damn good reason, and they might want to include a new race for good measure.

This is an absolutely horrible idea. ME3's squad needs to be almost all ME1 and ME2 characters with maybe 2 or 3 new additions. I really hope bioware doesn't make a whole new cast of characters so ME3 can be a "stand-alone" game for casual fgts.

21 at the time of the Skyllian Blitz (do you know what a combat engineer is? he can make a goddamn poontun brigde while firing his M12.....) besides if your going under the line of work of assassins and such more than one ability makes you valueable

As for OT: I really, really, really want to see a female turian squadmate, as you can probably tell from my posts and signature.
 
With regards to seeing female aliens, with the salarians you have a justified excuse for not seeing any of the females since females are born much less often, the asari are all one gender, and the krogan females are vital assets to the entire krogan race, and the elcor have never played a major role in Mass Effect anyway. But for turians there isn't an excuse, or one that's been given yet.

Other than that, I'd certainly like to see Aria and/or Kal'Reegar as squadmates. The devs did imply that we saw plenty of one scene wonders in ME2 that will be squaddies in ME3.

All I'm saying is, I would rather have professional adult men and women in my squad than young adults and teens whose only purpose is to give horny players something to drool over and make 1k page threads.

As for my list, well I'm happy with the current team really. Would like to see ME1 character reunion but storywise it would be hard to make it plausible. Wrex has his krogan people to rally, Liara has her revenge thing going and Ash/Kaiden have... uhm, Alliance I guess.

My Friend Shepard is what? 27? he's a Horny Teen...how many times does this man have sex while the galaxy is at stake? 
and as for my list like I said I want Tali, Garrus and Legion Back, if I had to choose between Kaidan & Ash, ASH all the way, sure she was an pessimistic bi.tch, but she could handle herself in combat, Kaidan on the other hand goes to the Jacob Box in my game...why do all male biotics seem like they are EMO? 
either way for ME3 i'd like ATLEAST another Salarian  teammate helps with the humor...in my opinion Mordin is a heck of a well thought out Character, so I'd like to see something along the lines of Mordin combined with something like Garrus, but in a Salarian Character, I mean most of the other characters IMO, would shoot you in the back or run at the sight of trouble, with Garrus u kno u got a brother at arms that would take a bullet for you, combined with Mordin's intelligence and you got something that would give a reaper a run for there money, and I added the "Lynx" character just becase that seems what ME is missing a character that could kick YOUR ass but doesnt because he knows that you know what your doing... Canderous Ordo from the original KOTOR was like that and I liked him (the original KOTOR was pretty much revolutionary and was designed by Bioware)

All In All I'd Just like the characters to be more in-depth, Thane wasnt that big of a deal, Grunt is just like a stereotyped Redneck "LET ME SHOOT AND I ARE HAPPY", Jacob is just a WHINER, Jack & Miranda just give Space AIDS & complain, Mordin is cool but if some day he calculates he can help others by shooting you in the back well... Legion has alot of potential but was introduced wayyyyyyyyyyyyy late into the game, he should have been a midway addition or earlier, Zaeed is just a crazy old man, with balls of steel, and Kasumi is interesting but they didnt give her depth...except during her loyalty mission...

Thane= he will die in less then a year

Zaeed= he done his job

Samara= here Oath is done to Shepherd( but she did promise to help him/her)

Tali= she said that some people want her to get admiral position( highly unlikely but Bioware might go with this weak explanation)

Wrex= Tuchanka

Liara= hunts for Shadow Broker

Kaidan/Ashley= they are still part of Alliance

Kasumi= might get back to thievery( even though Reapers are knocking on doors, OK that would be weak too)

Grunt= he is in Urdnot clan and Shaman demanded( in email) to get him back on Tuchanka or he will ****** on your graves





For rest there is no reason to not be.

Jacob got Garrus's Stick up his ass...you dont want the details....PLEASE DONT BRING BACK JACOB...he was the most BORING character of all excluding Kaidan...Kaidan takes the ball out of the park

Jack's Brain was decaying too, her neural system was degrading...she could be insane beyond disbelief by the time of ME3

keep our current team, adding whats left of the original team, depending on who wants to come on the awesomesuperfabulous mission. MAYBE add a new team member or 2 and add new characters not as team members but advisors or just have them around on the normandy giving the illusion that theyre contributing to the mission or try n fit that into the main storyline...hows that? Well remember that maybe some really bad player played the game and got almost all his crew killed and just Shepard lived... so they would need to replace the crew so i bet they'll come up with a plan to maybe replace characters that have died from retard playing the game.

Also there is talks of the multi-player aspect so maybe it'll be about creating new members and their story line and joining the crew i dont know i am just rambling now.
