In all seriuosness, I hope they bring back Wrex, Liara, and Kaiden/Ashley. It'd also be nice if we got a Vorcha and Batarian squadmate. Talking to the Vorcha near Kenn's shop made me realize that they actually do have some personality, and putting some focus on one could be interesting...I doubt we'll see any Volus, Elcor, or Hannar though...probably won't see any "good" collectors either, though that would be funny it feels like Legion already fills any possible role a "surviving collector" could..

Hehe, I'll accept a squadmate voiced by Claudia Black as substitute.
Wishlist:

• HK47 or an equally bad-ass meatbag exterminator
• Tali
• Legion
• Garrus
• Mordin
• a female Turian / Krogan (ideally both)
• a biotic Turian or maybe even Quarian
• Zaeed

Just what / whom I'd like to see, so don't tell me how unlikely that might be.

I think it's conceivable that every major Race / Faction opposing the Reapers (i.e. Alliance, Cerberus, Asari,..., Quarian, Geth) would send s.o. to help Shepard against the Reapers in addition to old ME1+2 squadmates who stayed or returned.

but just get the new squad costume for him, it just leaves a small scar on his face...

all surviving party members: Kaiden/Ashley, Wrex, Garrus, Liara, Tali, Thane, Legion, Grunt, Mordin (if hes not in 3, i will be PISSED), Jack (some hate her, but some like her, me? shes insane and so am i, so she reminds me of myself somewhat.....), Samara/Morinth, Jacob, Miranda, Zaeed, and Kasumi



New ones: a Batarian, a Vorcha (please Bioware, please), another Krogan (i love these guys, and if you can Bioware, i like that one guy's suggestion for a C-Sec Krogan.), that one Quarian who helped you on the mission to recruit Tali (i forget his name), that 'hold the line' salarian (whose name i also forget), a Leprechaun (.......im kidding, but if you want to try Bioware, go for it), Urz, a Rachni, a salarian biotic (how many have you seen? would be awesome), Blasto, and a psycho of some sort.
