I agree. IMO, this image has the same problems as that of the Collectors litho: while the piece may be visually interesting, it is not recognizable to the Mass Effect universe. 

Also, I'm going to call it now, the second ME2 Litho will be of the SR2 bridge. While I'd prefer an image of the ship in space or while entering a Mass Effect Relay, I'll still buy this one in a heartbeat.

Personally, I gotta agree with Dan Matrix about this - given that it's photogenic nature is so similar to that of Afterlife, it doesn't offer anything particularly unique to ones Litho collection...then again, thats probably just my unfavorable bias towards this artistic style.  Was just really hoping for something unique...

Also, since Matrix questioned this, i figured I'd throw my opinion out there - fairly certain this is Citadels market due to the over-abundance of neon-like lights.  It seems a bit too enclosed to be Illium - except maybe a ground floor...but surely, the ground floor of such a vast city-world is filled with refuse and the dregs of society.  Which would be the same reasoning behind why its not Omega...sure, there are some bright lights on the station, but for the most part its dark, dirty, shady - which is not what i see in the above picture.  Lastly, granted the amount of lights seem to dwarf the areas of the Citadel that you visit ....except maybe one instance - Garrus' (and maybe Thanes) loyalty mission.  Will have to play through the game again to confirm it, but this specific setting looks oddly familiar in reference to that.

And Beocat - who's to say the 2nd one isn't of the Normandy?  It's certainly arguable whether or not the ship can be considered a 'character', but a theoretical scenic veiw of anything in space may warrant the Normandys appearance, at least...

DA:O Lithographs definately seem to be a fickle thing (as Makoma pointed out).  Of the pictures posted by Kilrogg, the above is the only one i really like - but nothing about it really drives home the point that its DA:O related; I've studied medieval history and the picture looks just like an early-aged western European community...the odd architecture and exaggerated landscape not withstanding.  And these pictures of mages - why does it always have to be a PMS'ing female mage (as in, Morrigan-esc)?  *sigh* ...I'd really like to see a still from one of the cinematics - maybe the veiw of the ruined Tag (dwarven city) covered in darkspawn, seen from behind that lone sword/sheild warden as he enters?  ...or maybe a vast landscape of Ostagar (as Wingman suggested) - mid-battle even?  I dunno....really, as i said before, anything 'keep' related I'll definately buy into - Vigil's Keep fully upgraded  *or*  Wardens Keep fully repaired...!?!

i agree with the others. Normandy in space (with something in the background maybe) ftw. Not the Normandy being blown up because that's sad :X

As for DAO, im not a huge fan so i wont be buying any dao lithos. ideas though? maybe one of the Desire Demon (with a mage? or something? art should be flowy/wispery, sorta like this(ignore mr stark)?)

I'm not aware of too many guys around here who frequent DeviantART, so I'm not that surprised. (Also, I believe Tenny is joined by stardazzled.) I fear the repercussions of Bioware ever publishing something like that, although the Desire Demon just as bad. I was facepalming so hard when I saw it that the memory must have been purged from my mind, because I totally forgot about that part of the story.

oh stardazzled where is that girl that doesn't believe i'm one of her sisters? anyway i love the desire demon's design!(triple-D) i played a mage so i remember her well, i dunno about 'repercussions'... which do you prefer, the Broodmother or the Desire Demon litho. hm hm hm?

i personally wouldnt buy the asari dancer or (depending) the Desire demon, mainly because i would get to much headache from my family "why do you have a stripper on the wall? wtf is with her hair, why is she blue. you like blue chicks?tennys got porno on the wall! ra ra ra..." i completely understand it if your a guy though

I have to agree that this isn't my favorite image in fact the blur effect kind of gives me a head ache lol none the less I'll have to get it just to keep my collection complete.

As for where it is it's on the citadel if I'm not mistaken the bottom right corner appears to be transports but then I could just be totally making that up

as far as character lithos go I'd kill for a Wrex or Grunt Litho Wrex from ME1 (which I know won't happen as these are ME2 lithos) or as clan leader either way would be amazing

I dont want character litho's to be honest. Seems too similar to hanging a poster of a super hero in your bedroom when you were 10. I like the art aspect of the scenery and location litho's the most. that just my opinion however.

I would buy that in a heaertbeat, it's beautiful. Like others have said, the confirmed one posted upthread is a bit too similar to Afterlife for my tastes, but it's still pretty. Won't buy it, though.

And normally I avoid character posters or lithos as well, but the Illusive Man is cool enough to transcend that rule for me!

you know they released a litho of the Minuteman right? wouldn't that count for your "any ship" request or do you consider it something other than a ship

An elven magi from DA would be awesome, or maybe the Warden from the trailer with blazing eyes, because both represent the dark fantasy setting (the mage visually shows more elements than the other characters). The Lake Calenhad/Circle Tower and the Brecilian Forest concept art posted by supernovashadow also are very appealing. But maybe (just maybe) the snowy mountains of Haven are most appealing to me.

I already gave my opinion on wanted/most favorite ME2 images/wallpapers in detail elsewhere (early vers. 1 thread) and I won't post them again but as already mentioned, tenny's posted wallpaper 10 and wallpapers 21, 7 and 3 are among my personal favorites (others can be found in the art section of Prima's CE game guide).

PS: I'd favor a release on 11th and 25th of June because then I can leave for home earlier (and be home around 3 p.m. instead of 7 p.m. CEST). And as the next release'll probably include a lithography... no, I would not kill for, but there are other way to be a very bad girl.
