This guy should be banned from eBay and the buyers with him - Inferno Armor code for 35 USD... it's a shame that extortionate prices are not a crime in the US. And 40 USD for International Shipping... (or 18 for a game where I usually pay less).

---

Anyways, to stay on topic: Korlus and the Wards arrived really fast - they hit Germany's shore on Monday and were shipped on Thursday or Friday before. I'm going to pick them up at the custom offices now. (Along with the Visceral ones.)

I don't understand. I live in Canada and I still don't have it yet. It can't take longer to go to Canada than Germany can it? My tracking number still doesn't even work and it shipped on Friday...

Bioware store CS told me the XPO tracking numbers can sometimes take 2 to 4 weeks to become active. That is f***ing retarded. Not much point in having a tracking number at all.

I realize this is not Bioware Store's fault but still.

Got my two the other day, Micheals was out of stock of the 18x24s because of the 40% off sale :( I guess Wards will have to wait ;)

He's also falsely advertising! Unless someone can look at their litho, cause Jedi said there were only 400 ward and korlus made. If this is true we need to report him as he's stating 500 were made

I received my The Wards lithograph yesterday. Sadly it arrived in a slightly damaged state, though, luckily the damage is situated in the white border of the image. It looks like the paper got soaked there and someone tried to wipe it dry, but instead scratched off some of the surface material.

I'm going to stop by an art shop tomorrow and see if they can fix it for a reasonable price, otherwise I'll simply buy a frame with wider borders to cover it up. Seeing as the actual image isn't damaged, I don't see the need to complain about it, that and... hm.

;)

they are indeed out of 400 the bioware store is actually wrong as well since unless they have updated it it also says 500 the seller most likely copy and pasted from the biostore description

if the litho is damaged you shouldn't have to pay more to get it fixed if that is even possible the bioware store is very good about replacing damaged items if you can send them pictures

@ Jed: Could you please consider attaching a "Handle with Care" (or similar) sticker to the packages containing lithographies?

It's nothing serious but all three packages' edges were dent and the Visceral's Aegis 7 edges were dent as well. (The pressure passed through the foam, so to say.) Nothing a frame or iron couldn't handle. Just wanted to mention it.

Korlus/Wards: USPS shipping. The items were shipped on 9th when the number became active. Arrived with USPS on 10th. Arrived in Germany on 11th. Then customs. Delivered to local office on 13th. => 4 days

In contrast: Visceral's Ishimura and MedDeck also were shipped via USPS. Shipped on 26th June, tracking number became active. Arrival with USPS on 29th. Arrival in Germany on 2nd July. Customs. Delivered to local office on 06th. => 9 days

(I was lucky with these. I also ordered a soundtrack from Japan on 24th June, and it didn't arrive till today although it was shipped via a method that usually takes 8-10 days. A package from Canada to Germany - arrived yesterday - took six days.)

Checked USPS, Fed ex and Canada Post and none of recognized my number, even tried packagemapping.com which auto detects it and it couldn't find it either. I better have a litho at my front door when i get home...

Wow, that guy on ebay. Really disgusting to be honest. One of his lithos is down to 2 while the other is 5. I hope that doesn't mean he actually sold 3. Especially since the current ones are still available. Really dissapointing to see him abusing the system.

My Visercal store litho order shipped on June 26 and I recieved it on Wednesday.  At no point did the tracking number do anything and for the 4 orders that I have been given a number for they haven't worked.

Its rather pathetic that a package from the USA to Canada takes twice as long as a package from USA to Germany. It just shows how strict the border is bewteen us, which isn't a bad thing but hell I hate waiting atleast 2 weeks for my lithos!

they should seriously keep some lithos in canada and just ship those to canadians. It feels stupid to have it go from edmonton to denver and then back to me in toronto

Hey Guys - quick pre-weekend update.

1) Normandy Litho preview will be up on the site tonight and looks awesome!

2) We're working on the "Do Not Bend Sticker" for the Lithographs and we'll have new packaging soon.

3) We are working with XPO Canada to activate the tracking number sooner. It normally takes 3-6 days to be active, which is two long, but the 2-4 week thing isn't accurate (although we have had some issues where is has taken longer then 3-6 days).

4) Have a great weekend!

OMG. This is going to be AWESOME! I'm going to get myself a few copies. Of course I'm not going to sell them but I think a couple friends are going to love that as gifts. Glad to see they didn't use the one from the artbook!
