What most people don't know, is that the Illium and Citadel litho moved around. First it sold on BioWare's own website but went out of stock when they moved their store to EA. The EA store had the items however, the only way to locate the Mass Effect lithos, posters, and shep statue was to type "Mass Effect" into the EA Store search bar. Then they went out of stock there and created the BioWare Store. I bought my Citadel from the EA Store. They shipped it in a large box while the litho was wrapped in paper.
