Oh wow. This is going to be extremely expensive. I have of course 6 lithos (for some reason Collectors is slightly larger than the rest). 4 22x28 posters (Rockstar Games posters), 4 27x39/40 posters (mass effect and blade runner), and 1 36x24 (pink floyd). I might just want to stick to my current style of protecting and preserving, keeping the lithos in a flat box and posters in a tube. This could easily rack up to over a half a grand.

It is very expensive.  I don't want to think about how much I ended up paying, even with it on sale, for another 6 just to frame what I had already bought (now I need another one for the Normandy).  However, once framed you need do nothing but hang them from there on.

Hey... there are 16 Normandy lithos available right now!  If you missed one, this is another chance!

I wonder where they came from. Maybe from canceled mass orders?

I do not know, but, you can still buy it. I am from Argentina, I have bought Korlus and Ward lithos, both arrive in perfect conditions... in this case i hope to get the Normandy in the next days... :D

Ah, crap... that was just two hours ago? Son of a...! I was actually home this time...probably sitting at my computer, too. Wish I'd known they'd randomly show up like that. >> *sighs* Ah well. As long as I can still work out a way to get one, just one, I'll be happy.

...still wish I'd known, though, ya know? Would've been a lot simpler. But no... as if I'm not obsessive-compulsive enough about checking Facebook and web comics and other such sites as it is, now I'll have to start checking here every fifteen, twenty minutes or so next time something big comes up. XD;;..

Hey guys... I decided tonight would be the perfect night to hang all the lithos I got this summer from the Bioware store...

I just put the Wards up on the wall and have found that I am completely out of hooks! Darn. But my Wards actually looks pretty good next to the Collectors, in case any one else was wondering where to put theirs. Perhaps I shall finish this tomorrow night!

And Dan...that totally happened to me on the Citadel...still looking for one too.

Are you kidding me? I step out to go help one of my friends move, and there's a second sale? THE DAY AFTER THE FIRST?

Thats bizarre that they randomly sold a few more. I have to ask, how do you know how many are left? It never displays the number left for me. I bet that either a few people canceled their orders or they were from super multi-litho orders.

Oh, also wanted to ask, is UV protection necessary for lithos and posters? Will the image actually fade over time?

You just add 999999 or some high number, and it will tell you how many are left.

UV damage will probably only show up after many years. You should never keep any artwork in direct sunlight, but even indirect sunlight eventually fades the art. Personally, I keep mine in an acid free portfolio until I can find a way to frame them cheaper (or get enough money to frame them at all).

It takes a long time for the damage to set in. I think most products are pH neutral now, and if you are just looking for something temporary before you can get some nicer frames, I don't see why storing them in a cheaper frame would be a problem if they are away from sunlight.

Well, all I know is I secured at least one Normandy from a friendly forum member. So all is good for now. As of now. I still have a almost complete collection

Nice ablaz3d, I was just about to ask, but then you got to it first... If I miss a litho at the third sale for the shipping backups, I'd still be willing to negotiate with anyone who has an extra.

Well, I sold one of my lithos to someone for regular price plus shipping and now he happened to have one when I asked so it's not so bad. Wanted at least two but having one is better than not having it.

I see. If I was around I might have gotten two... I'm surprised Korlus is still around, it looks nice in person, and I really like the blue.

I was aghast when I went to look at and consider buying the Normandy 2... and it was sold out. It seems like the first lithos would take weeks to sell out. Now everyone has caught on. Sadface.

I still think I should have gone ahead and gotten an Illusive Man litho when it was available... really liked that one.

Well Jedi said they would be reviewing orders over the weekend for both excessive ordering and to review who was eligable for the Omega and TIM giveaway. They probably just put a line in the sand and said anyone over 4 or 5 lithos, your not getting anymore, then sold off however many that was. A heads up would have been nice though for people who missed out.

This thread is getting big, but honestly, does it pay to even start a new one for the forseeable future? There are days between posts sometimes in these litho threads between sales, and seeing as how this one is maybe the last one for some time, we might as well just wait until the next litho gets announced.
