All of the transactions were processed before we were alerted by the warehouse to the issue. We'll start sending refunds and emails on Monday and Tuesday.

...and guys, I made a new thread because the old one was obviously over-posted - and I tried to stress 'minimal post count'.  So, why would you all go on for 2 pages about the same problem for which a finite resolution was surely right around the corner?

Of the 4 Citadels I purchased, one is hanging on my wall, one has already been given to an ecstatic friend, one is currently in transit in exchange for an Omega, and the last one is currently being shopped around in the hopes of landing an Illusive Man or Minuteman. I got a late start in getting all the lithos and buying 4 Citadels was my only hope to get the ones I missed. There are plenty of people who are really hoping to get Citadels and what is better for them? Me buying 4 and swapping them, or someone else buying 4 and making $1,000+ on ebay?



Now, I am sure all you are going to see is "4 Citadels shopped ebay $1,000", but try and break loose from you instincts and actually read what I have to say this time, thank you.

I don't see your name at the bottom of the page in the moderators list, hmmm.  So what if some of us post stuff like that, maybe it gives some people a chance to vent or feel better about the given situation.  This is a forum afterall, its purpose is for discussion.

How are you being punished by not ordering, it was your own decision and a good one for giving others a chance but do you think people are happy with a coupon instead of a litho?  Personally I am going to be very dissapointed eventhough I will be getting a coupon if my order gets cancelled.

Btw, I find it entertaining that your post to tell people not to post so much has caused more random posting.  Good job on that one,  not too mention that you used that post to flat out attack someone.

Can we please get an update on the status of our orders? Assuming that you're filling the earliest orders first, maybe something along the lines of "If you ordered the Illusive Man and your order number is BWR-000500 or lower then your order will be filled."

I'd suggest Jedi too make a locked sticky and post updates/announcements for the lithos in there. Then it would be very easy too find said info. He could still come here too answer questions, etc.

Making a new thread every now and then will not solve the problem.

How are you geting punished? Being punished would mean something is being taken away from you. Instead, other people are getting something extra for their troubles. That's like saying youre getting punished for not winning the lottery because you decided to not buy a ticket.

You have a really twisted sense of entitlement about this whole thing. This isn't a service Bioware is providing to customers who bought ME2, it's an entirely separate business branch that sells merchandise.

Take your own advice and stop polluting the forums about how badly you're being 'mistreated' when it's obvious nothing is going to come out of it.

Neat, but I'm not sure why Korlus is so blue compared to the version found online. The blue version is not so great looking .

I don't mind the blue itself, it gives us warmer color (Wards) and colder color (Korlus) lithos to buy, but its just way too saturated for my tastes.

Yes, Korlus just looks too... blue. I quite like the sharper definition of the picture as a whole, but I much prefer the wallpaper colour scheme. Think I'll just be getting the Wards.
