UGH, got my second batch today and they also have three dented corners, there is also a 5-6cm fold in the bottom left corner. The package was sealed quite loosely and I could pull the box open a couple centimeters with very little effort even while taped up. I would feel ridiculous getting replacements for five Normandys, but this is just silly. I can't believe this shipping method passed the quality test.

My pair just arrive. No creases at least, but I'm not thrilled about the bent upper corners.

Numbering doesn't appear random as much based on order fulfillment. My order number was 3428, which was somewhere in the teens as far as these orders are concerned, but recieved my shipping confirmation 4 AM yesterday. I got numbers 446 & 447. Not in love with the high numbers despite the relative speed of the order, but at least they are in decent, if not sterling condition.

Just got my order in. Mine came in almost completely mint condition. There's some EXTREMELY minor bending at the corners, but otherwise they seem completely fine. Woohoo!

We are the lucky few it seems.  Congrats Cheese.  Image IPB  You've lucked out having just started collecting the lithos.

Hah, maybe. I wish I had known about them sooner though. Paying 5-10 times MSRP isn't much fun for my bank account.

The Visceral store has some major deals on their lithos, buy all 4 Dead Space lithos for $90. Thats 1 litho for free. The Excess of Gluttony litho is $20. Now I'm feeling down that I payed full price for all them but meh there was no way too know that they would sell poorly.

I thought they printed way, way too many, but I expected them to sell better as well. Those Dead Space ones are really nice.

Mine arrived earlier today with only very minor damage.  Three of the corners were a bit dinged.  There was a slight line on the right side from the part of the box that folds in and comes into contact with the face of the lithograph.  These things aren't really noticeable after framing, fortunately.

I can't wait until my frames come in. It feels like a shame to leave them boxed up.

I must say it looks pretty awesome. Way better than the stores previews as usual. Shame I didn't get a chance to grab one, but maybye it's for the best (wallspace is at a premium these days). I really hope it gets reprinted in a mini-format though.

I got mine today, I think #192. My mail carriers must be really careful because there are no creases. Minor damage in one corner and the top that are right on the edge and would be completely hidden when framed. Basically, mine is perfect. I don't understand why there is no styrofoam. The styrofoam of the open box packaging was really nice. I really enjoyed the open packaging. If the weather is bad it is just put inbetween the storm and glass door so for me it was perfect. I can see how people are getting the creases though. The flaps within easily create a pressure point and if your box is below heavy items it will put that pressure making the creases. I'm lucky but clearly many of you are not and the boxing does need to change if it is causing creases as that is unnaccetable (sp).

Has anyone not had bent corners yet? It seems like some people are ok with them, but it is still shipping damage.

just want to know, is everyone here reporting deliveries in the states? If there's anyone that's received an international I'd like to know about it because if there's some major damages for domestic deliveries I'd hate to see how international fares.

Also, on the invoice paper, it said I was recieving a DAO sticker with the lithos, but I don't see it.  However, I didn't order it so no worries from me :)  I'm just happy I got my lithos in one piece.  Now to figure out where to put it.  :)

Same here, glad to know I'm not going insane.

The stickers are behind the packing slip inside the plastic on the outside of the box.

I think you may be right. I haven't come across any in this thread yet.

I'm in Australia and mine hasn't shipped yet, either. I'm hoping they change the packaging before they ship out the international orders. Stuff gets thrown around, squashed, and handled so carelessly during shipping... It'd be a disaster over that great a distance and length of time.

I recieved a free DAO sticker with my last order, guess they didn't sell so they decided just to give them away or something. I bought 2 shirts and a litho with that order and the sticker was in the bag with my shirts.

no, all 7 of the lithographs I have bought over time have had bent corners.  everything else was perfect, but the corners are always bent and fuzzy, like an old baseball card

I'm another Australian here who hasn't recieved a shipping confirmation, but I know my credit card has been charged. I guessing their probably trying to get the packaging right before they ship internationally.

I haven't ordered recently, but most of my orders have had dented corners that were easily fixable. I mean, there's nothing other than the tiny amount of pressure from the tape on the edges of the cardboard holding up the styrofoam, so you can't expect it to remain in place, plus there's barely enough force to keep the lithos stationary between the styrofoam boards.

I made the mistake of not checking an order of mine a while ago, and the corners were almost detached, they rammed into the side of the cardboard so hard. Matting would cover the spot, but now those lithos were replacements for damaged ones, and they were damaged themselves. They were long sold out by the time I opened the box, but at least the central image was unscathed. IT all seems to be up to the shippers handling them really roughly, which I also can't blame them for since nowhere does it really indicate that there is semi-sensitive art inside.
