I don't think you can refuse to sell to someone simply because they resell the product in small quantities, however, this person should be restricted from any future give-away.

Not sure which Omega auction you are looking at. Both the ones I see are clearly the old packaging.

SIim Charles: If you use cheesetogo's link, the Omega that was for sale has a picture with a nearly identical perspective to the picture of the Normandy that person has for sale. It definitely looks like the same style of packaging.

Both have a "buy it now" price of $250, so that seller could end up clearing $470. Unfortunately, promising not to sell it in a PM likely isn't legally binding (maybe they didn't even say they wouldn't), and I have no idea if the store even keeps track of who gets what number, so there may be no way of knowing who the seller is (though there's only ten options). I could understand it if you had to sell it for cash a few months down the road, but as soon as you receive it? Oy.

That's weird, I didn't see that one when I went through completed listings.

Too bad it's so easy to circumvent any sort of ip filter and make a new account / use a family address or neighbor, even a caveman could do it.

Half of you have probably seen this and the other half would end up seeing it without me linking it, but... Minuteman Auction

Here's your chance if you wanted one. I'm curious to see how active the bidding on it will be.

I wonder how high the price would rise if it were world wide shipping.
But then again, how else am I supposed to get them..

on the other hand this is good news for mass effect and games in general. people are paying these sometimes insane amounts of money for a piece of video game artwork. This means they are being taken alot more serious.

If you want Korlus, buy it at the store. Even if you end up regretting your purchase, you shouldn't have much problem getting your money back once they sell out. If you wait and decide you want it later, you'll pay 2-5x what it sells for at the store.

There were 24 Korlus left when I checked the store last night. They've gone down steadily the last week or so.

I got another korlus, but it came in the new packaging (aka folded in half). It was delivered to an address that I'm only going to visit in a few days, so I really hope I can take pictures and submit a support ticket before they sell out. Not sure if they really needed to hold back copies when the store has been in stock forever. Ordered mine last week with 55 left.

I feel that Kornus is rather underrated, partly because the store picture doesn't do the bright blue justice. I've also heard people say they don't like it becuase it isn't really tied into any locales from the games. I love it regardless, and the fact that blue is my favorite color just adds to it.

"Due to a change in shipping protocol we were delayed until late last week. However, orders that were expected to ship on Monday were delayed until today. I have confirmed that your order ships tonight and you should receive the confirmation and tracking shortly. We are sorry for the delay and please let us know if we can do anything else for you."

That was yesterday morning. Anyone else get a similar response? I'm glad they've reacted to the shipping problems, but this is the second confirmation of it going out "tonight". Maybe I'm just a little impatient. Better safe than bent all to hell.

You rock Jedi!  I'm just happy you are following up on that incident.  It was a real sting to the ones who applied for it and didn't get picked.

Go Jedi!

And for those who received a delay in shipping notice, I also got one a couple of days ago but they've finally shipped it. As much as I'd like to have the litho framed in my room now, I'm quite happy atm for the packaging to be sorted out first.
