erik212, don't give up hope yet. I still hope for a second sale too by what Jedi has said about reprinting the damaged numbers.

Quick update on the replacements. We have no run out of hold back Lithographs. We are going to be doing a small print run which will be signed and numbered with the numbers of Lithographs that were damaged and destroyed.
This small print run to replace the damaged numbers should put them back into having reserve stock again. That's logical right?! I hope...! Anyways, fingers crossed and wallet at the ready.

So I guess if you're willing to risk it for a low price... Give it a try.

Every time I see a damaged litho, a little piece of my graphic designing soul dies.

Fortunatly my gift illusive man from jedi was almost pristine. small fold in the top left corner but its not noticeable once framed
too bad i'm not that interested in afterlife. if it were a minuteman, omega or citadel then you've got my attention even if it has those folds

Agreed!! I would risk it for a Citadel or Minuteman for sure. My Illusive Man had the same fold, but like you said, it was absolutely not a big deal at all. I'm so excited to have it! I like the Afterlife more than I thought I would, but I'm not jumping up and down to see one on eBay in any condition. Doesn't look like I'll ever be able to afford anything in the Citadel family though.
But if I ever win the lottery, I'll track down and buy everyone here a Citadel and Illium.

I'm surprised to see what some of these damaged lithos go for. Just recently a Normandy with four banged up corners went for $140 including shipping, while a very wrinkled Garrus brought $184. I don't know how one would get those wrinkles out.
I am too. I can't believe a heavily damaged Garrus went for $184 while an almost mint Garrus remains on eBay for $80 with less than a day to go. Not to say the bidding won't go higher, but sometimes you get lucky. I mentioned it before, but I managed to get a Collectors litho off of eBay for $15 not too long ago. It's not really in high demand, but I was excited to add to my collection for such a low price. Sometimes a little patience and a lot of luck pays off!

And the whole system is based on multi bidders, if you look at many of the lithos that have gone up for sale on eBay, not all, but many have basically boiled down to a war between only 2 or 3 main bidders, it's not like there are 25 bidders ravenously bidding on each litho. You take a couple of those people out of the equation by having them buy beaten up ones, and there's no competition left. The last people standing can walk in and buy the next one much cheaper.
I think that's really what's going on with a lot of these. Somebody panics and bids way too high to make sure they get it, even if it's busted up. A seller sees the auction and says "I want in on this" puts up a good one, but nobody is left to bid on it.
It makes it almost impossible to put an accurate value on any of the lithos. If your trying to find one, there isn't really a yardstick, it's just down to if you get lucky or not with your competition.

Only idiots usually bid with more than 10 minutes left. It will go higher.

I guess, but why?
If I only can spend X ammount on a litho on Ebay, what's the difference in bidding later?
Never seemed logical to me :/

I got my Jack for $42 by doing this. The next one on eBay went for $80 or something.
The trick is, if the item is under your maximum bid, put your max bid in when there's about 10s left. Then it's very hard for people to bid against it.
I really shouldn't be telling you this...

It's pretty much common sense.

Bidding is usually done in the last few seconds by serious bidders. The reason for this is that bidding early can and usually will start a bidding war. Bidding in the last few seconds don't give people a chance, and can often help you snag something for a good price.

Oh, guess you shouldn't have told me xD
Nah, but thanks.. I've lost a few bids on my national auction site. Maybe you helped me.

You put your maxbid, how much your willing to part with. The program/site automatically bids for you in the last seconds(1-3secs) before auction end.
so you'll either snipe the auction from someone real cheap, or the person with the highest/max bid will win out.(if their using something similar)
but since i said that, maybe people lurk these forums and you won't be able to snipe any auctions lol

I believe this practice is called e-bay sniping if you want to find out more, but I don't think it's really too popular with sellers.
Edit: Ahh... I see tenny has just got in before me.

That's what I was kind of talking about. If I'm really interested in something, I'll just throw out the absolute max I can spend. If someone wants to go higher, they will, but I usually know my max before there's ten minutes left in the auction. I guess some people just play eBay a little differently.
Also, the reason I mostly have to do it this way is because I don't really have a lot of money to be throwing around on these things, which is the reason I'll more than likely never get the pricier ones. It's pretty much no surprise when someone can beat my max bid...Since my max bid is never over-the-top. I also don't do a lot of shopping on eBay. Oh well.

There will likely (not definitely) be a second sale. We will replace all damaged Lithographs and sell the rest. My guess is there should be between 25-40 left over when we're done. The next three Lithographs and Normandy will be signed and hopefully sent to the store next week.
3 More lithographs are coming already? I thought you guys were done for awhile.
Will these all be ME? Or, will there be a Dragon Age litho in there?
