I received a damaged replacement lithograph.
This is the response I got after providing pictures of the damage and torn signature:

The service I receive from the Bioware store is excellent.
Thanks for telling me to contact you before destroying the value of the second replacement lithographs, Jed did not include that information on the thread regarding what to do if one receives a damaged litho.

Not that it occurs very often I assume.

thats based on Gaider saying there would be no Morrigan in the second, whether thats true or not i don't know, since hes stated several times he might not be telling the truth when he gives snip bits

There were individual posters made of the CG versions of Sten, Lelianna, and Morrigan - though you would be hard pressed to find anyone willing to give theirs up, especially since no more will be made. As far as the canceled DA:O Litho's (which included one titled "Morrigan"), the DA art director apparently veto'ed it - no idea why but I guess he didn't like the proofs (which, really, I think that would be something that we should have an opinion on, but w/e). Given Morrigans popularity, though, I suppose there's still a slim chance to see something someday...

Well, this seems as good a place as any for the feedback. Got my Miranda+Legion pack today (XPO air), and have to say, am REALLY happy now. The new packaging is (finally, dare I say) what these babies require, none of the minor wear my Normandy had. As an added bonus, I got a matching pair (ie. same x/500 number on both Legion and Miranda, which appeals to the OCD in me). So, positive feedback from here, and now I have a set that I can stick with unless something really amazing pops up in the future.
