If your order was closed we will not be able to ship it. I'm under the impression that all of the refund have been completed and we've started, if not finished, sending out store credits.



On a completely unrelated note does any know why my grandmother thinks its OK to request we hire a videoagrapher (sp) 5 days before the wedding..... stress at unsafe levels....

Ha! 5 days before the wedding?! Seems to me like if she wants a videographer so badly, it's up to her to find one that is availble on such short notice. Good luck, and try to stay sane

I hope your wedding goes very well! It's an important date in your life, so remember it. Just try to keep as calm as possible. As for E3 I know a few people going, I just wish they could take me with them... I live 30 minutes from the LA convention center.

On the litho note, I love both at first sight. Definitely getting both, not to mention some Dead Space swag. Definitely up there with Mass Effect on my favorite game list. Those lithos looks a bit meh compared the the ME2 ones, but I'll bite. My wallet won't like it. Anyone have an idea how often new ones will be released?

I'm somewhat curious about the increase in prints from 300 to 500... I know not every litho has stuck to 300, but that's a rather large increase. The good news for me is that if they get released while I'm away from my computer I have a bit more time to get my order in... Even the Dead Space lithos are out of 500 now. Personally, I feel that nearly doubling the amount of lithos out does make them feel less special as a collectible item. I love the images just the same, but with 40% more out there I just don't feel as proud to own one. Now the store will have them forever, like the Collectors and Jack lithos, and it feels to me like they gave in to everyone complaining about missing the releases. I much preferred when they were limited to 300. What do you guys think?

stardazzled, how are those desktop swords? I've half considered getting one but the lithos have been my priority.

Dang.  So that's my second attempt at ordering lithos that's been scuppered by a ****-up on the store 

No refund or credits received here, though I had a second order with a Citadel in it which is still pending fulfillment.  I've opened a case on the store to see what's going on.

Sid, I haven't received a credit or refund either, so I'm assuming that it's just taking a bit of time to process. It'll probably be sorted out by tomorrow.

Yeah, I think waiting is the only option. I've no word yet either. All four of my orders are closed on the site. So doesn't look good for me.

Regarding lithos, both Wards and Korlus look nice, I think I'll get both. And I look forward to the DA ones.

But why, oh why, did you opened another site with Dead Space lithos? You're tempting me >.<!

It's not ok i'm not sure what she's thinking probably getting emotional last minute and now she doesn't want to miss anything.  I'll be getting married next year myself and many of the videographers or cinematographers as those around here prefer to be called are already booked for several dates in 2011 I wish you luck if you try it but I really doubt any good professionals will be available unless someone has had a cancelation.

As far as the lithos go both of my orders are "Partially fulfilled" I ordered other things with the lithos and of course everything but my TIM seems to be shipped  I really can't stand the idea that I'll be missing a litho from the set especially after I waited half the day refreshing the website and ordered the moment they got posted however i haven't seen any coupon or anything so maybe there is still hope?  if not i'll be looking to trade for or buy a TIM Litho I suppose

No i'm not Star but I have the swords as well or well I got the collectors ones from epic weapons so mine look slightly different but I was suprised at the detail in a letter opener sized replica personally I think they are extremely cool looking and am glad I picked them up

My order is 'Closed' but I haven't gotten any emails (about either shipping or cancelling) and my charges have not been reversed.



I'm pretty sure I was one of the first people to order when the lithos went up so hopefully this is a good sign...

i posted earlier that mine order got refunded, odd thing is that I ordered a citadel litho and the new normandy tee and they refunded the entire order instead of taking the difference out for the litho

I don't get any notices from them for some reason. Only email I ever received was asking if I still wanted a litho even if it was damaged.

I agree with you erik212 and feel the same.  I've missed out on lithos too which I would love to get a hold of.  However, I've resigned myself to the probability I may never get to own the ones I miss given the fact that they've probably gone to cherishing owners who will never consider parting with them.   I willingly accept this.  This is the territory which goes along with a  limited quantity item.  Does it make you more proud when you are lucky enough to own a prized litho out of 300?  Of course it does!  If it's one out of 100, as in the case of Saren, even more so.  I'm not only a huge fan of Mass Effect, I'm also a sucker for exclusivity!   And I know I’m probably not the only one.

What's done is done and there's probably no changing the decision of Bioware now.  I do think it's a shame.  I think it would have been better to put them on a pre-order sale first (1 per residential address maybe? - I know there's ways to get around this too) and then put the remaining on general sale for any quantity.  That way, adoring litho fans hopefully monitoring these forum/shop (casually or religiously) can at least have some hope of securing ones they seek....

I'm in the same boat.  My order for the Citadel has been (edit:  'Closed' not cancelled), yet no cancellation notice and my credit card has been charged. I'm just waiting for the inevitable cancellation email, with the silent hope I may get it yet.

I'm in that boat too. I'll be really sad if I miss out on them. I stayed up to the wee hours of the morning and was constantly freshing and put in the order as soon as they were up. I haven't checked my CC, but all three of my orders are closed now. Here's hoping that I have some hope to getting the ones I missed out.

It also says "OUT OF STOCK" in red letters below their names... since English is a foreign language for me, I was afraid of a misunderstanding.

Got an update from the store, I won't be getting my Citadel litho either



So that leaves me completely empty handed a second time around. I don't think I'll bother with the store again in future.

Well I suppose if they don't have them to sell, what can they do. I think the lesson here is not to hype up the community and sell them until someone has physically counted what's in stock.



The annoying thing is though, I was one of the guys hammering the refresh button when the stock was being released, so I bought the Citadel seconds after it went up. If mine was cancelled I suspect that most people are going to find themselves litho-less.

Got my refund notice for Afterlife litho that got canceled. Definitely sucks, I submitted my order within a minute of it going active on the site. I had a couple buddies refreshing the site on their computers to make sure I could get in on it.



I can't complain too much since that's how supply/demand works, but a good company should validate stock before posting things for sale.
