Anyone received a coupon yet? My IM was refunded but still no word on my Citadel or a coupon for my first order or any word from them.



I know this must be taking them alot of work too do but damn I'm going crazy waiting too know.

I'm also slightly concerned I won't get my credit notice depending on how you are working them. Something freaky seems to have happend when I ordered my lithos. It seems to have created a duplicate account or something, so the orders aren't appearing in my real account and I can't access the duplicate. I contacted support a over a week ago (case no. CS01936 ) , and while I got an initial response nobody has really gotten back to me.
 
Sorry, you support guys must think I'm a grade A pain in the ass.

***Edit: So I just got my voucher. All concerns negligible. ^^

I have had that same problem with the order not showing up in my account twice, I think it is just a site error.

Pain in the ass/site error or not, in this day and age, transparent ordering, communication and payment/receipt of product are expected. Anything else is unacceptable. Its just the way it is these days. Now, I understand that the guys that are shipping these products are doing their best, and I salute you, but if this were any other group of people ordering any other product, hell would have been raised long ago, or word would have spread through the internet to avoid this site. Most of us are understanding and patient, but because the product is limited edition artwork, there really isnt much room for goof up's, and so far we have seen a few goof-up's along with the damaged product that was happening earlier. So, I guess my point is, thanks for the hard work and constant updates, but lets get it together guys. The error that occurred this last time around should not have happened.

I have to agree that I am a little worried about the increase to 500 prints. I understand how frustrating it is to not be able to get one (I've had 5 orders that got my hopes up, and then were canceled), but I think that it would be better if Bioware limited the number of each litho you could purchase to one per household/name/credit card/IP and kept the printing at 300. There was a single person on ebay who sold 8 Citadels, 6 Illusive Mans, 4 Omegas, and 4 Minutemans (and there are many more who have sold multiple copies of each). Get rid of these people, and you have quite a few available for those who couldn't get their hands on one. Pushing the print to 500 is ok, but if it goes higher, I am going to have to complain. There is a reason we buy lithos and not posters. Judging by some people's reactions in previous topics, and it may get me in trouble for saying this, but I love the fact that these are tightly limited releases. It feels great to put these on the wall and tell people "Hey, this is one of only 100/300/400 copies ever made.", I can't say I get the same thrill out of "Hey this poster was limited to 50,000 copies!" Some of you may think this shallow, but the collector in me would be extremely disappointed if these print runs eventually exceed 500.



My Saren litho is the pride of my living room. I love the art, but the excitement of owning something that people would sell their kidney for is pretty great.

Thank you for the voucher, Bioware store! Regrettable situation, but I think it has been resolved very well.



I'll probably use this for the Korlus litho- hopefully it will be released before the voucher expires...

I also just got a voucher =( despite staying up all night refreshing and ordering within 30 seconds of being listed I still seem to have missed out on TIM

and I've got to say I'm not thrilled with the 30 day expiration on these vouchers guess I'd better make sure to buy atleast one of the new lithos or my code might expire before something new I want is released though frankly now that my set is incomplete anyway I'm not sure how I feel about ordering more

I not too thrilled about the expiration date on the voucher either. None of the upcoming prints interests me either. Hope the new Dragon Age ones look good and be up before the expiration date.



What I want to know if anyone was successful in getting Citadel?

I know what I'm about to say comes out of frustration and disappointment now that my hope is gone but I have to say I thought one of the reasons these got posted so late was because they were verifying the stock before posting them. How do you have this much trouble verifying stock when in theory you should know exactly how many you had being that they are numbered and I would hope you have digital records of how many were sold, given out as Bazaar prizes, and shipped as replacements. This error shouldn't even have been possible =(

on a slightly related note Looking to buy (at a reasonable price) I might even toss in my coupon code if the price is fair or trade for an Illusive Man litho if anyone has one to spare please PM me... I'll be at work for the next 12 hours or so but I'll respond in the morning

I got a voucher e-mail, but both my orders are still pending fulfillment. Just wish someone could clarify a little more, as I ordered all three this time. Citadel and Illusive Man I want, Afterlife I could do without.

OK I just got off the phone with customer service and was told that no Citadel or Minuteman lithos were sent out. I don't know about the Illusive Man and at least some people received Afterlife. The warehouse is now empty and the only thing they have in stock is what's listed on the website.



As most of us are already aware there was a giant misunderstanding. Edmonton sent a bunch of lithos that proved to be unsigned. I wish I had better news to report and sympathize with everyone who had their orders cancelled.

While the new lithographs do indeed look nice, I find myself wondering whether or not I have the wallspace to accomodate them, never mind frame them like I did Citadel and TIM. Gotta budget myself on these.



That said, I'm probably going to still buy them. Maybe some Dead Space ones as well. I am weak like that.

Ugh, didn't get Afterlife despite watching all morning and ordering it within the first minutes. Not thrilled about the expiration on the coupon and especially unhappy if orders weren't first come first served as this guy posted:

I got refunded for TIM and have recieved a coupon for it but still nothing for my Citadel order so I'd say I got the Citadel. I'm going to wait till the end of the week and if theres still no word then I'll email support and ask them about my Citadel.

modus pwnens, I did mention a few pages ago that if anyone wants my Afterlife I would be willing to sell it for a reasonable offer (or for a Citadel, but not many of you would be here if you already got this batch of lithos when they were originally released).

Crjans, thanks for the feedback on the desktop swords. I may pick one up next time they are sold.

quazilogic and SIim Charles I agree with both your views on the new 500 print amount. I am a sucker for exclusivity as well.

At least the Store won't make this mistake again... I can see how the Bazaar could screw up everything, and I myself was confused about how they were going to produce those lithos for prizes. My experience with the Store has still been flawless, so they have my business...

Damn well there goes my minuteman. I got a extra afterlife and tim if anyone wants to trade for omega, minuteman, and/or Garrus. Keep trying for the Ilium though, i might be drunk that night.

Hey Guys/Gals - Few points to update just so everyone is clear.

1- We are providing one coupon per person, regardless of how many orders you made.

2- All of the issues we had surround the lithographs were due the Bazaar and the prints we received. While we should have done a better job on the front end it was our expectation that what we received would all be signed and numbers. I almost all cases the first few were, but the rest were not and to make matter worse designs were mixed together. We've put some new procedures in place to fix this going forward.

3- On the subject of damages we average around 3% for all Lithographs shipped. We'd like to get it to zero, but its difficult to do. We'll be moving to a fully enclosed box in the next couple of weeks.

4- We're getting the proofs for the next to Lithographs tomorrow and we should start printing on Thursday. Expect the next two in the store next week.

5- I also just heard that ME2 team is working on a Lithographs that everyone has been asking about for a long time.

6 - Noted on everyone thoughts on 500 lithographs

7- We needed to put an expiration on the coupon codes. If there is a product that is coming out after the expiration you can PM and I'll see what I can do.

8- The coupon will work on the Visceral store as well. We'll be releasing the Ryan Church Aegis 7 Lithograph on Thursday.

9- If you're not seeing all of your orders you may have more then one account. This seems to happen with Paypal customers a lot. If you find you have more then one account you can request us to merge the accounts together.

10- I'm in for half of the day tomorrow and then done until Monday so if you anything from me get me before noon.
