Howdy, guys.  I suspect this is a question that's been asked and answered elsewhere, but a search didn't turn anything up, so please excuse me if this is repetitive.

I'm trying to decide if I should equip one or the other sword-and-shield sets for my Arcane Warrior.  Statistically, the latter is much better than the former-except for the x-factor, the stamina regeneration.  Both sets of items grant a bonus to stamina regeneration, but I haven't been able to find out how much each set grants.  Could someone point me in the right direction, please?  Thanks.

Yes, I found the stats for Cailan's Arms set bonus (+5 stamina regen in combat), but I couldn't find them for Kallak and Partha, hence the thread.

Well if we're going off pure strength alone, kallak and partha beat out marics blade and cailan's sheild

^ Well if you want pure strength you might as well use Vigilance + Landsmeet Shield.

Cailan's arms is what I would recommend for an AW. The stamina regen is huge(nearly overkill).

I'm looking at strength only in the sense of the strength of the stamina regeneration bonus. I know the bonus on MB&CS is, well, obscene, I was just looking to confirm how much it was on Kallak and Partha.

Keep in mind that Maric's Blade has either a +0.75 or a +1.5 Stamina regen based on console by itself that gets added to the set bonus' +5 regen. The Partha Kallak set has a +2 regen passive.
