not sure about you guys, but as of about 5 minutes ago I can purchase points and just got some DLC. This is with my original EA-based account (made for Battlefield 1943 on xbox - but not an xbox account fyi). Good luck everyone!

Mass Effect 2 has the same probs ,a friend loaned me his card to buy points . wasted time... nothing worked he tired it I tried it... just get some stupid error message and no points.Card ends up showing rejected but no reason why and it has money on it... oh well... I'll give it a try in a week and if Bioware makes buying points for DLC's impossible maybe the only place to go IS the pirates... at least they have the DLC's AND have support.. hate saying that.. but it's really frustrating when you can't buy a legit item even WITH money but you can easily access a copy from a pirate site.That's just soo wrong...

I'm still waiting for mine I even sent in a recite from Wallie to the support and now waiting.



You would think getting a recite would speed things up a bit not I'm still waiting. It took faster for them to respond so far when I didn't send them a recite.

Just tried to buy some biopoints. took the money and the points are listed as pending in the my accounts section on the bioware website.

Same problem as LordElpus. Waiting on a response, since the money's gone and I sent an email.

As noted in other threads the email option is pretty slow in getting response.



Better idea is to use the chat option - http://support.ea.com/chat - make an account if necessary. Have your email address and order details handy and they will probably add the points manually.

Looks like the security certificate for the ME2 site is back up to date, but I'm still getting the error.



I want to give Bioware my money, but I guess they just don't want it....

I have the same problem. Heard that chat option works okay (friend of mine used it) but it's frustrating to have to use alternate means when there is a website just for that purpose... Pity it fails to work correctly.

Does not work for me either.. I did not realize my first "pending" payment went through because I never saw the added bioware points, so i ended up buying twice as many bioware points by accident but both are still pending anyways.. so frustrating..

I also can't access the chat for some strange reason..

I always go via EA, it´s somewhat more expensive, but it actually works.
