same problem here - will be disputing the paypal payment if it isn 't fixed. thiefs took my money but haven't given me any points.

i had the same prob, purchased bioware points then after paypal confirmation it error'd trying to load the next page



like others said i had to get a live ea support tech to manually add the points

In my case, confirming the Paypal purchase sent me to a dead link, caused by the ommission of a slash following the '.com'. Insertion of that slash and manually loading the page worked (which I find somewhat peculiar, since that indicates that communicating the transaction does not rely on a POST request, which seems strange. But I digress).
