Ugh, not sure what happened, but my post got munched when I hit submit.  /sigh
Right, more nominees for Garrus' romance music... again:
"Touched"  by VAST (video's not great, just listen to the lyrics).  Probably works better when there's explosions and gunshots going off behind Shep and Garrus (like, say, on Omega).  Runner- up:  "You"  by the same band (don't like the way it's sung though for some reason).

Want something slower? "Hold You in My Arms"  by Ray LaMontagne (was disappointed to find out on Youtube that this song was used in the frigging "New Moon" soundtrack.  Luckily, there are multiple options).

No Garrus-related weirdness at work today, sorry.
