The part where there is a dwarf standing in a room, well there is supposed to be an ambush there. There is no ambush so I can't talk to the dwarf, and I can't move on. 5 times I have tried starting over and 5 times the game has failed at this point.
I really want to play this exp seing as I paid 30 bucks for it, but I am taking this as a sign not to ever agian buy another expansion if I can't get this situation resolved.
Need help, the game is bugged and I can only get soo far in the first part of the exp.

Just tried again with a new char and its the same thing. Am I missing something? Maybe a key I need to collect somewhere else in the keep or whatever. I don't know. Please help me.
I am thinking bug more and more seing as less than half of the fights the guide says are supposed to happen don't. A game killing bug at that, so game killing I may just forget this game even exists at all.

Do you have Imodil's Pocket Plane enabled? It seems that mod and some others don't play well with Awakening. (And in Imodil's case you might as well disable it anyway because it doesn't even work in the expansion.)
Try disabling all your mods, and see if that still happens.

That worked, I appreciate the help. Now on to other business. Does anyone know of any mods that work in awakening that will unlock all the specs? I also need one that will do the same thing as my old merchant mod.
