I've encountered a bug in Korcari where I cannot pickup any of the optional side quests there (stash, missionay Jacoby, et al) or complete the 3 Darkspawn Blood Vials quest. Checked around and seen a few others with this problem, but the "fix" doesn't really seem to be one. Anyone else experiencing this or have a solution?
